Hotel Waldorf Montparnasse

Super location. Great staff, very helpful. The room was small but very cute and clean. Same for the bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

Close to the train station to Lourdes. Boulangerie and Monoprix just around the corner. A little understanding with the nite clerk on check out.

Location Breakfast was overrated! Not worth it. Room Pictures on booking.com are far from reality

It was pretty small room - nice bed and no room for luggage.

convenient to the train station I got there at 11 and they said the room would not be ready until three. I went for a walk and came back about 230 and they were still working on it. I realize normal check-in isn’t until three and he mentioned well. The workers had to go to lunch because I mentioned well they sure are gonna make sure I don’t get there before three aren’t they? I was very very tired and disappointed that it took them so long to get the room ready when so many other people already had their room. The person at the desk apologized for that and said that he would give me a really nice room a better room, but he did not. It’s the same room that they were cleaning the whole time and when I look at the paper, it already had my room number and he did not change my rooms to a better room. I don’t like to be lied to. He offered me a free breakfast, but I said no thanks

Clean and staff was helpful. The safe was out of order and they did not fix it. Requested for stand up shower but was not able to get one. Not a lot of selection for their buffet breakfast. No coffee machine.

Breakfast was very posh and the woman doing the service was smiling and very quick to help. Our room was too cool, so when this was brought to the attention of the front desk clerk, he explained that the building is air conditioned, and he was able to stop the A/C in our room. It became warmer after that.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful and quite enjoyed the breakfast.

The location is well connected within the city The location did not feel very safe. The room was very small even after they offered a paid upgrade. The breakfast was quite poor in variety. The photos placed on booking was quite misleading.

Friendly, nice room, great for one night before hopping on the train. good to have earplugs.

Location and lobby Staff were nice Room was VERY basic for the high costs. Lock was broken and floor was very dusty. Tub did not seal for a bath

The breakfast supposed to be from 7-10, however, one morning when we went about 8, it was not yet ready/open.

The proximity to the gate and metro. The concierge was very welcoming and responsive. Nothing comes to mind.

The hotel is very close to the train station and the metro. It's also in an area with many restaurants and so close to a shopping mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
