The location, friendly and efficient staff and a very comfy bed. The restaurant was being refurbished so only the bar was available for food. Was not informed of this prior to arrival.

The location of the hotel is perfect and can be reached from many nearby metro stations. Special requests need to be replied to by the staff in a transparent way. The breakfast area could be improved but the overall food and service was nice.

Amazing staff! Great service - very quick response to all my queries! Many thanks! Great location - you are in the very heart of Paris. The property is a bit old and run down. The vanity mirror in the bathroom snoops down as it is broken, some light in the corridor was flashing as it needs to be fixed, cabinetry was painted so many times and is still very rubbed…

We had a wonderful stay at the Westminster Hotel. The team kindly upgraded us to a suite free of charge so that our family could have connected rooms, which we truly appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay much more comfortable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional—everyone was welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel's location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything nearby.
