Location was great. Beds were comfortable and AC was good. The walls, decor were run down

location small room not like the photo

The location was wonderful with cafes near, metro stations close, etc. The breakfast is pricey.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with rooms that are more spacious than the typical Paris hotel, especially for a family of four. The area felt very safe and is surrounded by great restaurants and cafés, away from the main tourist attractions which makes the area caller. The metro station is just a one-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel was so nice, perfect location. The room was so big and spacious, I was impressed. Staff were really nice. Bed was comfortable. Good wifi. Everything was great but the cleaning could have been more thorough

Room size too small ... joinery in bad condition wood closets and bathroom door need urgent maintenance

Location is excellent. In a non tourist upper middle class neighborhood of Paris near the Parc Monceau with many restaurants and open air markets nearby a vibrant community of Parisians and near the Villiers metro stop which makes it convenient to travel around. Safe and secure area and hotel. Hotel desk folks consistently cheery and helpful. Penthouse suite was perfect in size and had a balcony on the sixth floor and a private rooftop teck with wonderful views of Paris including the light shows of the Eiffel tower at night. The kitchenette came in handy. Also tea and coffee is available 24 per day in the now essentially closed restaurant off the lobby. There is clearly a cleanliness problem Your room is cleaned only if you ask a day in advance. Unacceptable for a 4* hotel.Otherwise, the maid spends two minutes emptying your waste baskets and replacing towels on the floor--thats it. The door to ur bathroom was out of plumb and closed with difficulty . The elevator doors and the walls of the corridors on the sixth floor had dirty handprints which were never cleaned. The carpeting was dirty and need of a cleaning. That said, these were minor problems but they are problems that the new management (Marriot) should focus on.

No housekeeping. The internet sucked and you can’t really get service in the room. When I told the people downstairs, there really wasn’t much they did about it. It was also really small for three people, even with the convertible sofa.

Location near metro station

It is a charming hotel, clean and close to public transportation. Will stay there again.

We were doing a tour and Sonder was the best place we stayed in. Location is next to metro and a number of cafes and shops. Hotel is nice and clean. The best thing was the staff. They welcomed us nicely and were very helpful. They also helped us with telling the directions and whatever we asked for specially Mr. Philippe a very nice gentleman, Ms. Iontserrrat (not sure about the spelling sorry), Ms. Laura, and another lady in the reception who helped us with storing our bags ( forgot to ask about her name).

The hotel was situated in a quiet residential area. You can go anywhere Paris using Metro. Staff members were really helpful. However, I need our city tax back, as the number of travellers were reduced to three.

The location was great. I also liked the size of the rooms. The King Suite was perfect for me and my two sons.
-
Location was really good 1st night i wad given a dirty old room with no light ..i complained and the day after i was already given a room at an upper floor with light kind of refurbished room..was much better

Excellent and helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The location is very good, 5 min walk to the metro. There was a problem when we arrived. It was given the card keys to a room that was not ours, when we entered the room there someone else inside. Good thing the person inside of the room understood, and he was dressed, my 10yo daughter opened the room, it could have been very bad. The confusion was fixed right way. There was a communication issue between the day and night crews.
