A lovely not too big hotel very well located, especially for shopping and walking along the Seine. Staff are always helpful, even when you have little children in tow. Breakfast is excellent with attentive service and a wide variety of food, including good gluten free bread. Pool is over-chlorinated, even for a hotel pool.

Location One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff informed us that there was an issue with our reservation, and we spent more than an hour arguing and trying to solve a problem that was clearly not our fault. The biggest issue, however, was the unbearable noise. Every single morning at 7 AM, we were woken up by loud construction, drilling, and maintenance work inside or around the hotel. It was impossible to rest or enjoy the stay. When I contacted customer service, their response was simply that the situation was “outside their control” because the maintenance had started a week earlier. This is unacceptable — guests should be informed before booking, not surprised after arrival. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. I even took videos and photos documenting the noise and the poor experience we faced during our stay. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Staff is amazing, breakfast is splendid and rooms are cleaned twice a day! Lights in the room are very weak, it was too dark for me. I remember our first stay in this hotel couple of years ago we had a very lightned room. I asked first night to turn off the heating system in the bathroom since we had sunny hot days outside , a staff member came first evening said he doesn't know how to do it and will handle it in the morning. He never did.

The location is beautiful, the breakfast is very good, and the rooms are comfortable. However, booking connecting rooms seems nearly impossible, despite the fact that they do exist. One member of staff promises to assist, while another later contradicts this. The reception team can also come across as quite inflexible and not particularly willing to help. The most disappointing experience, however, occurred at the spa. The spa manager, Laura, closed the towel cabinet right in front of me and informed me that in a five-star hotel there is a “one towel per person” policy. It later became clear that guests are not allowed to access the cabinet themselves, yet there were no towels available in open access — which is unusual for hotels of this level. I spent around three hours in the spa with my three children. They were swimming, using the sauna and hammam, and naturally required more than one towel. Even while resting, the temperature in the spa area makes it necessary to have a towel to cover yourself. At one point, we were told that we had already used 9 towels for 4 people, which was presented as excessive, despite the length of our stay and the nature of the facilities. The situation felt less like an official hotel policy and more like a personal attitude, as there seemed to be clear discomfort with children being active — running and leaving water on the floor from their wet feet. Being confronted in this way was both humiliating and upsetting. This kind of treatment is not something one would expect from a five-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children.

Beautiful property. junior suite was spacious enough for 4 women. Great hospitality and felt very welcomed in such a beautiful boutique 5* hotel. Lobby smells of the pool. The bathroom steam takes a while to evaporate.

The front desk kindly upgraded our suite which was beautiful. Pierre at the concierge was extremely helpful and recommended nice restaurants and the best chocolates that we took back home from Paris.

5 star service and accommodations, extremely helpful and highly attentive staff, excellent location only a few short blocks from the Champs Élysée. Overall amazing experience. There was a mix-up with my room. Wanted an Eiffel Tower view but somehow was switched to one without. Probably bc I went through a 3rd party.
