Nothing

Nothing at all Noisy , noisy , noisy , I spent three terrible nights , I could not sleep , groups of people making noise until 5 AM , no soundproofing. I complained to the reception once in the morning and once at 4 AM , nothing has been done to change things . Besides I was given a room that I hadn’t booked ( they told me I was upgraded to a three separate bed room as in a dormitory ) . I will never return there , even if it cost me to sleep on the street.

Mine was on the 5th floor, there is no elevator, there is only one light in the room , and it's very dim. The bedside lamp was not working. I can clearly hear the people speaking in the next room. And in the night some people kept barging the doors.

It was affordable and in a good location, walking distance from Sacre Coure and Montmartre. I would stay again. I arrived in late November. The weather was freezing and the heater wasn’t working properly. The room temperature was 45 degrees Fahrenheit at best, and I had to layer up and sleep with my coat on. When I called the front desk they said the heater wasn’t working properly regulated by the city and there was nothing they could do about it, which may be true but it was difficult to get past.

Not much of anything. Facilities were not clean, the bed took up almost all if the room, bathroom/shower was tiny, no closet, no mirror, phone wires were cut, lighting was poor.
-
Staff is very friendly and helpful, good position House is very old, heating did not work well, not very clean, could use some new blankets and overall cleaning of the bathroom and shower
-
Room, Facilities, location. Rooms were spacey for the price and had a bathroom for just the room. The hotel was directly next to the train station and a short walk away from many beautiful places.
-
Some people may not like the stairs but that's what it is for an old building
-
They didn't have hot water, and the bathroom is very small, as is the shower. It smelled as if it weren't properly cleaned. The beds weren't that comfortable, and the stairs of the building are very narrow.

Good location I was given an upgrade due to an error. Clean room. I was shown into an already occupied room. No similar room was available, so I was given an upgrade, which was a room for 4 in a different building at the back. Old run-down looking property, scuffed walls, no elevator. Thin walls in front building.
-
Breakfast-front desk staff very kind-hot water for shower- Staircase needed stronger banister-need wall hooks in room 307 bunkbed room-need garbage can on room
-
The room was very small, no shower head, broken lamps, thin walls and we could hear everything of our neighbors

Nothing! The hotel is located much farther from Beauvais Airport than I expected ,1 hour and 10 minutes by taxi and around 2 hours by public transportation. I didn’t realize this when I made the reservation. The taxi from the airport cost €120, so I decided to stay the first night at a hotel near the airport instead, since my flight had been delayed by 4 hours and we were tired. I contacted the hotel to ask if it would be possible to receive a refund for at least one night if I wasn't to showed up(I had booked and paid for 3 nights in total). I was told that it was not possible, I said ok, but I never said I was going to cancel my reservation. I was still considering staying for the second or third night. On the third day, I contacted the hotel through the Booking.com message to confirm that I would arrive that evening. Someone replied, “No problem, welcome!” However, when I arrived at the hotel on Saturday, October 4, around 22:30, with my elderly mother and young daughter, the man at the reception told me that they had already given my room away because I had not shown up earlier. I explained that I had contacted the property and received a message confirming that my arrival that evening was fine. He said he didn’t know about it and that there were no rooms left. I told him it was unfair, since I had never canceled my stay and had already paid for all three nights. He simply compared it to a restaurant where you lose your table if you don’t arrive on time. I explained that in a restaurant you don’t pay in advance, but he just said, “I don’t know.” The staff could have informed me through the Booking.com chat not to come because they had already given my room away, or at the very least, the receptionist could have apologized when we arrived. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I am very disappointed with the way this situation was handled and with the attitude of the staff member at the reception.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay at Le Montclair Montmartre. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for exploring Paris. Situated in the heart of the charming Montmartre neighborhood, we were just a short walk away from the Sacré-Cœur and countless lovely cafes and shops. It provided an authentic Parisian experience while still being well-connected to the rest of the city. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Our Double Room with Private Bathroom was spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene. One thing for future travelers to be aware of is that the hotel does not have an elevator. This was not an issue for us, but it's good information to have if you are traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns. What really made our stay exceptional was the hotel's thoughtful amenities for travelers. On our first and last days, we took full advantage of the free lockers they provide. Being able to securely store our luggage before check-in and after check-out allowed us to explore the city for a few extra hours without being weighed down. This was an incredibly convenient and appreciated service. We would highly recommend Le Montclair Montmartre to anyone looking for a clean, perfectly located hotel with great, helpful features for travelers. Elevator is the only issue.

Location and breakfast was fine. Quite old hotel and not so clean.

It was cheap. Nice and convenient location My family and I took two rooms, and one of them had a kettle and a shower, but the other didn't have a kettle, and although it had a shower, it didn't have a shower head. I can't say it was particularly clean, but since we only needed to stay for one night, it was fine.

The absence of a lift makes it quite challenging to reach the 5th floor, especially with children and luggage.
