Great location - nice neighbourhood and close to the Metro which made it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The spa was also enjoyable! N/A

The hotel was in an excellent location, easily accessible from public transportation. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff was well pleasant and helpful!

The location was great and in a cool and hip area with lots of bars and restaurants For the price would be great if breakfast could be included. Would be great to put a full size shower gel and shampoo in the showers in the guest rooms which is pretty standard in hotels nowadays. Full size ones are in the public toilet and the shower in the spa but why not in the rooms. Every day the housekeepers would not provide more shower gel so was frustrating having to go to reception every day and ask for more. Water pressure in the shower was not great. Housekeepers provided a basic room service, didn’t seem to clean the floor everyday

Fantastic staff, so helpful, nothing too much trouble. Air con was really good, so appreciated in the heat wave. Loved the private spa/hamman facilities. Great location for exploring the Marais, walking distance downhill from Gare du Nord. Coffee facilities in the room would have been lovely. Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent location near two Metro stops. Very nicely appointed cozy room. Breakfast was nice with a view to the city street. Great AC. Breakfast was a hybrid of self-service and staff service, hot food was on the steam table for a while.
