The great location, the friendly and courteous staff, the rapid response to a concern I had during my stay. My single room still had all I needed. Breakfast can be crowded if the hotel is full, but it was ample enough, good quality and well-attended.

The location was very central. The room was very clean and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nothing in particular.

Good location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff Had to carry our luggage to second floor across the street. Luckily we didn't have XL suitcases.

Location was amazing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and speak excellent English). Nice breakfast room and buffet were very nice. Rooms are small but efficient and comfortable for a few days. Shower and bed are good. Nice that you could get coffee and water throughout the day. Breakfast buffet was not always replenished very quickly and somewhat slow to clear tables for new people to join.

Fantastic location near so many of the major attractions. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and our room was well laid out, very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back. Everything was perfect
