I sty for 10 nights i paid everything in online 1st of they give me a room in 4 th floor i have luggage tha don’t fit in the elevator thne the bathroom has no toothpaste they have ac on room but i ask thme to trun it on they say i have to pay extra i got 1 espresso from the loby they say its not free i have to pay i have small fridge at my room don’t work they say they have some issu going on the closet smell so bad 1st they i came late from outside the front deks guy told me i have to come to room at 12. Am i was like im in vacation not in my mom home but next day i told the front desk anywer in the world if you go to hotel u at least got a free water i was like if I know all this i will never sty in the hotel but

The location and the breakfast were good. Bed was comfy. I had just a little toilet paper, no more. and only one towel.

Location. 24h / reception. Quite and functional Lift even if narrow Good for price Water débit Bedding can be more comfortable. Bedroom is small but functional.

It was so bad that we didn’t even stay, lost our money and had to find another hotel that same night.

great location. friendly personal. relatively clean room. small room, stains on the sheets, smelly towels (even after they were cleaned) they did not replace the toilet paper on time. no water stopper for the bathtub. lots of sharp corners in the bathroom (+ no towel to put on the floor = slippery and dangerous to wash there). there was a smoke sometimes in the room (smb was clearly smoking in the nearby rooms in the evening and in the morning, because the smell did not come from the window). noisy neighbours (every morning their alarm was ringing for 15-40min! they did not switch it off in time, so disrespectful…) some suspicious people around and in the hotel… shabby , poorly maintained property and the street extremely narrow elevator

The location Place was much smaller that what the pictures show. The shower was a hose that had to be manually used . Very disappointing stay. I would not reconnect this place to anyone

No air conditioning in the rooms. Poorly maintained plumbing. Lack of shower supplies. In 5 days towels were changed not once. No telephone in the room.

The man managing the hotel locked me in & accosted me when I checked out. I'm considering filling a police report

It was just fine! The lift was too narrow. I guess this is part of the initial design of the building!

Cheerful and friendly staff. Quite good location for Gare de Lyon and Bercy Seine bus station, plenty of eateries locally, and although the room was spartan, it was clean and secure.
