Betty at the reception was very nice , we upgraded our room to bigger one for free , breakfast was nice , metro station around the corner ,safe neighborhood we can walk late night without any disturbing you can fill cold/ sparkling water from the machine in the reception with bottles available there any time very tiny elevator , you can operate the AC only from the reception which is very strange that i have to call reception to switch on /off the AC every time

Very good location. Rooms with balconies make you feel like at home Rooms are extremely small. We could barely use one luggage open. There is renovation work going on. Heavy paint smell, uncomfortable and unprofessional hotel image... the breakfast was not satisfactory

Very nice location (near Les Folies Bergères and the Opera) and nice rooms! The staff were friendly! Renovation work going on (beginning of 2026) which meant that the main floor wasn’t fully completed and visible, but no doubt that the hotel will look even prettier after it’s finished!
