The location and the staff were fabulous. Loved the air conditioning! We had the occasional hot water fluctuation, but considering the scorching temperatures, it really wasn’t a bad thing!

Water pressure is very bad, we have complained to the front desk from 1st day and the informed their maintenance team but nothing was done except that pressure became worse, informed the front desk again but nothing was done. It is really bad experience you cannot remove the soap of your body with this pressure. Rooms are very small 2 people cannot move in the room if they have one bag.

Location is ok but have had better in terms of access and convenience. Lift very small, stairs precipitous, and breakfast poor value for money - we went to the excellent boulangerie over the road!

I like how they keep the rooms tidy and clean. The room was too tiny for two people. Not enough to spread our luggages

The room is not sound proof, there was alot of noise coming from outside.

Too small rooms! AC is set to a specific temperature and doesn’t work! Feel very claustrophobic! Not worth for the price

The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The lobby was tiny and smelled bad. I never checked in because the conditions were unacceptable, yet the staff tried to charge me unfairly. Booking.com confirmed they should not. Very dishonest management – I do not recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is always reliable and the staff is friendly. There was a hotel guest who would go outside to smoke very late at night.

Rooms are tiny! I barely had room to fit my suitcase without sliding the bed to one side. The bathroom, also tiny. I don't like that we were hustled into paying 50 euros more for early checkin, when clearly the rooms were already vacant.

The location is great. Good restaurants are only blocks away. The Eifell tower is very close. Public transportation works fine. The airconditioning is excellent. The rooms are a little small but if you travel light this should be fine. Other than that I have no complants.

It's close to everything, in a nice area, with friendly staff, clean, and safe. I even found a special Lebanese restaurant directly next to the Hotel! Nothing
