I liked the breakfast service which was better than the usual buffet style which one usually has. The staff were very helpful - anticipating our needs - eg booking a dinner externally for us, providing the car to the airport and keeping the room tidy. nothing specific but in this price bracket one would expect a remarkable experience comparable great hotels - eg the Savoy London or Gleneagles in Scotland. We were satisfied in this regard.

I visited Paris many times and usually stay in best hotels in the city. It was my first visit In your property. From my point of view it’s best hotels I ever visited. Location, food, rooms and specially service just amazing. I wanna thank all stuff and from now I found my home in Paris, it’s your hotel. Would strongly recommend to all travelers.

The warm welcome The staff Particularly Your intern working the bar Hugo. The relaxed attitude yet mindful of our needs For an older person the gamble of getting into the shower over the bath was interesting, maybe a grab handle on the wall would give confidence ( I’ll be dead soon don’t worry about it!) The other I didn’t like about the property was leaving it!
