Super location, clean, professional staff and amazing food!

Breakfast in the room was a nice touch.

The breakfast spot next door “Kozy” was amazing and able to get morning coffee everyday. Room had a beautiful door we could open and spit out with chairs. Room was quite even though it was next to the elevator and didn’t hear a thing. Big bonus was the roof top view!! Shower/ tub was a little deep and could slip getting out and water did. It drain well.

The breakfast was very good! Although we had a fruit fly that appeared to come in with ours the first day and then we couldn't get rid of it. But the breakfast was very, very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only challenge there was at check out we were in a hurry to get to a tour and no one was at the desk. Finally after 10 minutes I yelled downstairs and found someone. They should leave a sign on the desk how to find them if they are gone. The rooms were decently clean and cute decor. I had paid for a superior room because I needed twin beds and not a king. Apparently there was a radio button on booking I was supposed to select that I did not see and I did not get twin beds. I was super disappointed to get a king bed after I paid $100 more a night and at that point I could have just paid for the classic room with the king bed. Also the hair dryer was missing the back part of it and it sucked my hair in and tore my hair.

Absolutely fantastic location. So close to the Eiffel Tower - under 10m walk. We walked to all the must-see attractions in Paris from here. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with Balcony and Eiffel Tower View for 3 nights. The room was nice, but so tiny and the balcony is a Juliette balcony, also small, but we didn't care, the Eiffel Tower view and the location made up for it. So many restaurants and cafes just down the street whichever way you decide to walk. The room was clean and comfortable and had robes. We didn't include breakfast because they serve it to you in your room and we weren't keen on that. The staff were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed staying there.

The breakfast was wonderful, but it The would have been more pleasant to eat in a breakfast room with other guests. This, I know, is not a possible option.

The view from room , location close to transportation , easy check in , good communication from the staff , prompt breakfast service . The Host crew was great . Unfortunately the conditioner was empty , but it wasn’t a big deal .

Amazing location, incredible staff, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and a rooftop viewing area that is wonderful (view of Eiffel Tower). We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! There was nothing we didn’t like.

Clean and conveniently located ! A very nice size shower ! I’m a big guy , 6’6” and it was very comfortable Nothing jumps out at me .

The kitchen facilities are very basic, not cleaned properly before arrival. The floor was not vacuum cleaned before check in, there was even a piece of someone's nail.

Great neighborhood. It is nice to stay in a real Paris neighborhood. Very festive The property doesn’t have overnight staff and is much different than want is shown on their social media . The roof top has loose tiles which are dangerous and their was water dripping from the ceiling in to my daughters room. Again without on site maintenance couldn’t be addressed till after we left

Rooftop has a nice view of Eiffel Tower. Cleaning subpar, lack of any type of facilities. Room left unlocked after staff cleaned!!! Unacceptable.

The staff was very kind and very helpful giving us directions on where to go and what to see. The views were great and it is a minute walk from the metro and great food which was such a plus for us. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel specifically. We are completely satisfied with it. The only thing we did not like was their elevator. It was so slow and would take several minutes to get to us even though it is a small hotel.
