Privacy and the community were great I big complaint

Uncomfortable beds. Small pillow. No water dispenser. No cooling. No AC, ok maybe, but no fan?

Paris was experiencing exceptional heat so facility was warm. Bathrooms need better ventilation as they were very steamy, hot, and showers routinely flood the floor. shower overflow, heat of bathrooms,

First off the location is superb, incredibly safe neighborhood. Stone throw away from the Notre Dame. Great access to food at Bastille I loved everything about this place, I have no negative review

However, my stay wasn’t very comfortable. It was extremely hot during my visit, and since there was no air conditioning, I was sweating day and night. It made it difficult to rest. I was also disappointed because I accidentally left my Japanese folding fan in the shared kitchen. When I came back to look for it, it was gone. I asked the staff, but unfortunately nothing had been found. It was a special souvenir from my trip to Japan, so I was really sad to lose it. Overall, the hostel may be fine for some travelers, but the lack of air conditioning and my experience with the lost item made my stay disappointing.

Showers in the men’s room were all locked up on the 4th floor for some reason.

The 2nd floor where the people hang out is cool. The fact that the property owners don't have functioning AC in the rooms. Unfortunately, for that reason I'll never go back. I couldn't sleep, I wasn't comfortable, the roommates felt the same, and even their own employees who were cleaning the rooms looked like they were under tremendous discomfort and distress because of how hot it was and the lack of circulation.

I like that it had areas you could chill in No ac, and I had to always push / hold a button down for a shower. Be fr. It has this odor to the place too. And people kept stealing the food I bought from the kitchen with my name and room number on it.

bathrooms were not well kept at all. rooms were extremely hot, made it hard to sleep in the evening.

The property was advertised as having AC but seemingly had no such thing. There was “something” running that I could hear, some kind of fan, but it did absolutely nothing, the rooms were sweltering in the heat.

Privacy was good. Bathrooms and showers were great. Bathroom had a smell and no laundry

Great location, really close to the metro station. Friendly and helpful female staff. The lobby and the design of each floor were cool. The dorm room had no air conditioning, so it was very hot and difficult to sleep. The sink had very low water pressure. The women’s bathroom and shower area were not very clean and the floor was flooded. The check-out experience wasn’t very welcoming. The male staff member didn’t say anything and only gestured for me to return the key card.
