They were very accomplishing as a staff. It is directly down the street from the louvre, and we were able to take public transportation to everything we wanted to do

Great central location, within walking distance to many tourist attractions and viewing sites of activities. Several grocery type stores nearby as well as many restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioned rooms with small elevator. Our room had an extra small space with table and chairs for sitting and small hot water pot. Staff always helpful with questions and needs. Somewhat noisy in rooms with thin slamming doors or noisy neighbors. Shower door allows water to escape into the room. Hotel is a bit dated.

great location, A/C, elevator, the basics that are expected in a centrally located hotel. A couple bakeries nearby for a quick breakfast and several restaurants/bars with terraces to chill in the evening and do some people watching. There was a repetitive noise that seemed to be coming from the adjacent room which we complained to the front desk about. Nothing got resolved. They said they'd fix it, but didn't. It wasn't possible to have a good night sleep with the noise coming on every 30-60 seconds. Rooms are small, which is to be expected in most hotels in Paris. I'm leaving a negative for the hotel's staff because there was no communication about resolving the noise issue, they just ignored it.
