Numa Paris Champs-Élysées

Central location in touristy area. Well equipped room with kitchenette and laundry area. Staff was helpful in helping me store my breast milk in their freezer even though it was a small freezer. Noise levels are high because there are restaurants, bars, and clubs all around. So you can hear noises throughout the night. Sink in kitchenette is tiny. But not deal breaker.

Everything was perfect, the location, the staff, the cleanliness of the whole property. The room was a bit small- there was no space for the luggage but i managed to sort it out smartly. I would definitely stay again at Numa Champs Elysees

Location is everything Price a little bit high

My stay at Numa Paris Champs-Élysées was amazing. The location was perfect — everything was nearby and easy to access. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. The security in the accommodation was also very high, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. It was a wonderful experience that I would definitely repeat again, God willing. I would rate my experience with them 10/10. Nothing

The location was amazing!

- the fact that u have to do everything on app or whatsapp can be very frustrating, and when u are directed to deal with staff on site , staff asks u to go on whatsapp and keeps going back and forth. - the self service for me is not what im looking for in a hotel, if i want self service i would stay in airbnb - the room space is not smart at all , i think i booked one of the biggest rooms , no closet , so shelves or stools in the bathroom , ac control with hanger in top, and other small details that made the stay not very comfortable. - the fact that you have to put ur room code FOUR TIMES , to get to your room , is supper annoying , specially if u go down and u forget smthn in the room, this for me was the deal breaker .

I recommend Numa very much

No extra blanket, unresponsive throw chats , each chat would take hours with no results. Bed was smaller than normal queen I think, but mattress was the worst part, any movement would wake up the other one of us.

The proximity of the hotel to everything! The location is right off the Champs Elyse and close to public transportation as well as taxis. Would definitely stay at this location again! Staff was very accommodating to an issue U had with my room. The issue was taken care of within the hour. There is a convenience store right across the street from Numa too! The small room was just that very smallllll….!

Security

Only one breakfast option (same sandwich and pastry everyday), a bit noisy sometimes (but we had a room on a 2nd floor, maybe it’s different higher up).

Very central People at reception not very well informed to help u plan ur day!

Room was really small but good for value.

Great value for money, perfect location right next to Champs Elysees, new hotel with spotless rooms. If I had to mention something, the water pressure in the shower was low.

Location and size of room Periodic cleaning could have been done

The accomodation is clean. They downgraded us on the first day and did not refund the difference. Every day we argued with the hotel, and they kept assuring us that they would refund the downgrade, right up until we left. There are other accommodations where you will actually get what you paid for. If you really want to stay at this hotel, book a cheaper room—because that’s what you’ll end up getting anyway if they can resell your room to someone else for a higher price that day.
