Kind and helpful personnel, nice location, cozy rooms

Super nice and friendly staff. I loved the location next to the historic site of the University of Sorbonne. The Luxembourg Garden is literally next door, so are the Pantheon and - my favourite - Museum Cluny. A transfer from/to the CDG airport is smooth and easy, as the hotel is located next to the RER line. From our 6th floor room we had a beautiful view to Parisian rooftops and the dome of the Pantheon. Many restaurants and pubs frequented by students. Absolutely loved staying in this place.

Needed an extra blanket

Excellent location and access to public transportation. Room was very small but clean. Great for short time staying for sightseeing.

Best nights sleep I'd had id had in 2 weeks, black out curtains, was abit dated and felt like I was staying at my nans but was very comfortable, only downside was shower but money for value in the location cannot falt

Great location, I just had a 1 night stop over, lovely area to spend the night close to bars and restaurants and public transport. Staff were very helpful, very good value for money.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I loved the location of the hotel and as a solo traveller felt very safe. My room on the 5th floor had the most brilliant view over the Pantheon and the Sorbonne. I liked everything, except maybe the coffee in the morning could be a bit hotter!

Location is absolutely fantastic. Very close to the train and walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Breakfast is basic but cheap and did the job. Beds were comfortable enough and rooms were clean. Reasonably priced. Bathroom was tiny. The elevator going up is tiny so I wouldn't recommend for anyone with more than one small suitcase. Walls were very thin so you can hear everything going on around you. The guy at the desk tried to charge me an extra hundred euro at the end for no apparent reason. Also the girl at check in was helpful and friendly, but she didnt check my id, covid pass or anything for that matter so I think security is a bit lacking.

Conveniently located hotel. Easy to reach, lots of transportation options nearby. Reasonably priced restaurants within a 15-minute walk down the St. Michel Bvd. (i.e., towards the river). Excellent choice for business travelers on a budget (i.e., researchers, teachers, administration employees, etc). Tiny rooms. Thin walls. Inconvenient bathroom. The elevator can be used by only one person at a time (the smallest I have ever seen). However, these disadvantages are characteristic of all hotels in downtown Paris.

the location is wonderful, minutes from Luxembourg Gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean. Yes, as others stated the shower is small, but the hot water comes on instantly and the water pressure is great, and honestly that’s all I could ask for after a long day of walking around. So not really a con for me :)

Staff were extremely nice and friendly. Also willing to helo which is verry Unusual for the French as they always come across as rude and make you feel unwanted ?. This hotel also has a nice lift which to.my experience i had never seen before. Theres no parking available and the local carpark is verry unsafa. Our car got broken into ecerywas stolen.

amazing location, comfortable room, very clean bathroom. our room was cleaned everyday, towels exchanged. it is an old hotel, furniture somewhat old too but there is everything you need and the bathroom was small but very functional and clean. I am a big person and it was still comfortable to use. Only the view was not interesting , small patio. But that is not a problem because you don’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway. The location is great, next to Place du Sorbonne, two steps from boulevard saint Michael and garidin du luxemburg. And very close to metro and rer b station, 10 min from Notre Dame.., in one word: you cannot ask for more! you are in the very central position!
