Unfortunetly we had ants in one of the rooms and we ran out of toilet paper. They took your card/ room fob, when you left the building, we were a little concerned as this was a strange practice for us.

The condition of the property left much to be desired. The rooms looked run-down, the bathrooms were outdated, and although the room and bathroom appeared to be cleaned, it did not feel clean overall. The property looked nothing like the pictures advertised. I have stayed at other hotels in Paris within the same price range and area that were much better maintained and provided a significantly better overall experience.

Room was comfortable. Can’t make calls from room phone.

I liked the location and it was convenient to several metro lines. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very clean It was in the front of the hotel on the street and the restaurant/bar across the street stayed open til 4/5 in the morning and was very loud as people sat outside.

The location and price were great. The guy who checked us in was very nice but gave us the wrong room, which would not have been such a big deal if we hadn't checked in at midnight, were sent to the second floor without an elevator, carrying heavy suitcases, and had already folded out the sofa bed for the kids when we got the call that we would have to move everything one floor down. The new room was a little smaller, we had to pull out the sofa bed again, the door to the bathroom barely opened because the sofa bed was blocking it and there was a weird mold/fecal smell in the bathroom. Thankfully we were only staying one night.

Very quiet place and comfortable

well located, and the breakfast included is ok. for that price is not that bad bathroom in bad shape, even lately renovated, it falls apart. we asked for a twin room and get a double bed.

Breakfast was ok. Wi-Fi is horrible in room. I had to go down to the lobby for a stable connection. Lobby is packed with big laundry carts making it even smaller than it is. Stairs/hallway is dark when exiting room and elevator. Room is too small for two beds. Hanging curtain blocks transit to bed. Bathtub is too high and useless making it dangerous to get out as you can slip easily. Cannot shower comfortable as water pressure is horrible. A tv would be good in the lobby while you spend time there. It is an old hotel that needs some reconditioning. The hotel front door needs maintenance to open fine. My perception is that owners do not care. With more pictures available, I would have probably picked a different hotel.

I do not like at all, I stay only 1 night (off the 3 nights I payed),October the 6th I left the property Monday October 7th at 12:15, the hotel I book is not the one I choose and pay. When I arrive to the address I bought was a sign to go another property, very poor condition and noise. Nothing at all, I already sent to booking pictures, plus they not telling the truth, selling a hotel and after send you to totally poor different hotel.

We didn't get out paid room when we came, though I notified them that on our first day we can't come but eventually we are coming maybe the next day or two since we already paid our whole stay so we are expecting our room was ready anytime we arrived , , we have to checked in to another hotel carrying our heavy luggage and the next day we have to move again to the original hotel where we reserved , with so much inconvenience carrying our luggage in and out of the hotel with no courtesy help from the hotel staff.

Very poor

Overall, I had a good experience. The room was a bit small and didn't quite match the cost. Also, the shower could be improved. Despite these minor issues, I still enjoyed my stay.

Loved the duplex room in mews - very comfortable for a family in Paris, which is ararity. Great street full of Breton creperies - safe enough to allow teens to eat separate from us at night. Close to two metros - take Vavin instead ofcMontparnasse Bienvenue, smaller and possibly safer. Lovely Saturday morning market fir gifts and food. First time staying in Montparnasse area, as takibg TGV to west coast, usually stay in Opera or Montmartre, but shall definitely come back here. Happy to accept retro decor for a great value room and breakfast! The hotel is certainly dated but ienjoyed the retro vibe!
