We had stayed in this hotel before our tour (booked by the tour company) and the room was tiny. This time our room was higher up in the building and was larger. That made a big difference. It was hot and the room had an air conditioner. Breakfast had a basic selection but was satisfactory. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The air conditioner operated only for 2 hours or so and then turned itself off. Not good in a Paris heatwave. It also made an annoying buzz noise every couple of minutes or so and these continued even when it was turned off.

Well located, clean room. Comfortable bed. The room we have received does not correspond at all to what was dispayed on booking.com. Small room without windows. Shower cabin is a joke, a fat person won’t be able to enter it.

Very disappointing experience. I accidentally left my Dyson in the room after check-out, and when I contacted the hotel only around 6 hours later, it had already “disappeared.” It is hard to believe such an item could be lost so quickly. I expected honesty, responsibility, and proper lost-and-found handling from a hotel, but sadly that was not the case. Be careful with your belongings if you stay here.

Location is close to Lazare station and Moulin Rouge and many shopping stores aside. Room was so small. Standards rooms are really so small you can not move. Good for one night stay

Pleasant staff. Clean rooms with clean bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Good service. Toilet was quite cramped especially for a taller person. No hangers to hang clothes anywhere
