The staff were very nice. We got checked in instantly, same for check out. The rooms are clean and functional, all rooms have air conditioning The rooms don't have toothbrushes, or hair conditioner (only a generic body soap/shampoo) which I understand to avoid waste, but they could provide those on demand at the reception for example. Also a tiny fridge would have been nice. The breakfast was ok (good choice and quality) but felt a bit lacking considering the price. The beds were not regular size (small). Any person a bit taller than average would have a bad night. (it was ok for me. My son complained) The hotel is just a bit too far from the Montparnasse station to be "easy" to walk there with luggage Overall, nothing was bad, everything was ok, it's just that nothing was particularly good considering the price. In other words, it felt a bit expensive for what it had to offer.

I think we were really lucky because we got a room that seemed isolated from the others so I didn't experience any of the bad things read in previous comments such as being able to hear other people (we did from the bathroom though). The room was so spacious, well thought, clean, there was absolutely everything necessary. The staff was so kind too.

It was close proximity to Montparnasse although with suitcases was still quite a walk. Rooms are clean and tidy but no extra space to move in. We also had noisy neighbours one night

Was in a good location close to the metro station. Once on the metro it wasn’t hard to get to any of the local attractions. The area itself felt clean and safe. With a couple of local supermarkets. Room was well maintained and clean.

Clean, convenient and easy access to everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful We stayed in the triple room with 3 beds - beds were a little small for my husband and son and kept moving

Friendy staff. We arrived early but got straight into our room which was a bonus. Room.was small.but was fine for the two.of us. Our room was right next to the elevator, so could here people passing and elevator noises during the night. Didnt have a mirror in the room so was difficult having to use the bathroom mirror.

very clean and they left us a post it welcome note that made us feel at home. they offer in-hotel breakfast and it’s a good price plus everything is very clean. there’s a bus stop very near plus a metro station if you walk about 10-15mins probably that you can hear all of the noise through the walls, even a small conversation from the room besides or across.
