The staff were amazing. Our dogs, who are both 24/25kg, came with us and were welcome with open arms. The hotel was easy to find and the neighborhood had lots to offer with an amazing green space near the canal.
-
Bed was comfortable, good shower pressure. Metro close by, grocery store next door Air conditioning was a joke. Uncomfortably warm.
-
The bathroom sewer smelled and need some deep cleaning.

One member of the staff was so discourteous that I felt compelled to changing hotel. I believe additional customer service training would be beneficial to ensure guests are treated with the professionalism and respect they expect. The neighborhood also felt somewhat unsafe and was not very pleasant. In addition, the room's cleanliness could be improved. There was a significant amount of dust underneath the bed, suggesting that this area had not been cleaned properly. Finally, getting a good night's sleep was difficult. From around 9:00 a.m., the housekeeping staff began vacuuming the corridors, and the vacuum cleaners repeatedly bumped into guest room doors, creating considerable noise and making it impossible to rest in the morning.

It’s very clean and the staffs are very nice. My room was not sound proofs at all. I can hear every single word from the neighbors. I am not sure if is that room in particular or it is general. I got waked up early in the morning and in the mid night. I went to the lobby but it does not have ear plugs available. The staff here was very nice that they talked to people next door. But unfortunately they did get much quieter. I hope the hotel can work with the sound proofing facility or at least prepare ear plugs. Otherwise it’s extremely hard for people especially in jet lags.

Nothing Staff really disappointed especially olivia she makes me pay more than 400 euros extra and when I try to understand why she I literally shout to me . No house keeping unless you go and request. One night I go walk at night I come back to found hotel closed and I waited outside around 30 minutes to find someone to open

The breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I’ve ever had, the selection & quality of food was amazing! I like how it’s in between two metro stops which made it easier to get to central Paris. I don’t really dislike anything everything was quite nice, the breakfast just really stuck out as the best part honestly so everything else was alright, nothing stuck out as bad.

Great atmosphere inside hotel. Friendly reception. Safe bicycle storage in parking area. Good breakfast. Pillows and sheets good quality.

The beds are comfortable. The staff was rude. The vending machines were always “closed” and when asked how to get water, the man got a giant attitude, rolled his eyes, sighed at me, stomped off to the back and practically threw the bottle at me. The coffee cup in my room had hair in it. So when I went up to my room to drink water that was so difficult for them to get me, I poured it into a glass I assumed was clean and then pulled hair out of my mouth. Gross. Also I told them upon check in that we did not want service in our room and the housekeeping service attempted several times to enter our room that next morning. The location requires you to travel through tent cities and drug deals to get downtown. This is not the hotels fault, just information before booking.

Clean and modern. Good area and kind staff.
-
The breakfast was a little expensive.

We did not stay there due to bad location. Advertising in Booking was misleading. I traveled with my family and couldn't stay. the area was scary and was told dangerous. I would like to get refunded for cost paid in advance.
-
tiny room and cost €3 for each bag to store after checking out

There were a couple of minor issues: a broken sink stopper (which was fixed quickly) and some confusion with room service. As we understood, it was supposed to be optional and we didn’t request it, but the housekeeping staff still tried to enter the room every morning. It’s not a big problem, but we also didn’t have a standard “Do Not Disturb” sign to avoid this. The location wasn’t very pleasant — we weren’t aware of this before coming to Paris.

Clean bedroom, helpful staffs. No good location, neighborhood.

The location of the hotel.

We recently stayed at Campanile Prime Paris 19 - La Villette with our family and had a largely positive experience. We were particularly impressed by the professionalism of the staff throughout our stay. The hotel boasts an excellent location. There's a supermarket right on the doorstep, and a lot of restaurants offering plenty of halal and vegetarian options, which was very convenient. The street itself is lively, even late at night, and there are amazing bakeries nearby, perfect for breakfast. Getting around Paris was a breeze; we could reach all major tourist attractions within 30 minutes using the metro, which was easily accessible from the hotel. Our room was a good size and very clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. We also found the luggage storage service very useful on our last day, costing only €3 per bag for the entire day, which was ideal as our flight was later in the evening. For those needing an iron, there's a €20 refundable deposit. Overall, everything went really well. The only minor drawback we encountered was the lighting in the room, which we found to be a bit dim and not ideal. However, this was a small issue in an otherwise great experience. We would certainly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and comfortable accommodation.

Although the hotel is farther from the center of Paris than a lot of tourists would like, it was perfect for us. We needed a place with a parking garage and close to the airport. The neighborhood is multicultural and there are a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. There are a couple of metro stops a short walk from the hotel which is the best way to get around the city. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is well kept and clean, and every staff member with whom we spoke was pleasant and helpful. We had a great stay. The only thing of note would be room size. Rooms and bathrooms are very small. This is not uncommon for European rooms, especially in large cities. The room was very clean, it had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. It was fine for our stay, but if you are booking here, do not bring a lot of luggage so you will have more room to move around your bed.

Great location, close to the metro and very accessible to the city centre. Modern, clean and comfortable. Room was quite small for two people. We only needed to sleep for one night so it was fine but it wouldn’t be comfortable for a longer stay.
