Excellent location and great boutique feel
-
The cleanliness of the room could have been better. Unfortunately, some of the other hotel guests were quite loud.

Expensive for what you get...but that's Paris.
-
Wish there was onsite parking so that finding a place for my car wasn’t an additional expense
-
It felt as if I was at home; very comfortable N/A

The walls are a bit thin. Room was small, but sufficient.

The rooms appear bigger in the picture but are quite small. The triple bedroom is not enough for three people.

Great! It was great!
-
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which more than made up for the very small room size. It’s a small hotel with a big heart. The location is very convenient, and the surrounding area feels safe, clean, and pleasant. We will definitely return! While showering, keep in mind that water may leak out of the shower cabin and wet the floor, even if the doors are properly closed.
-
Location The room was too small than it was in the pictures so was the bathroom but still that should be fair with the location and for the price

The hotel staff was very friendly and always quick to answer any questions we had. The location was a five minute walk to several metro stations. Quiet neighborhood, close to several boulangeries, supermarkets, a five minute walk to UNESCO, and the area felt safe and calm at night. No issues. I would recommend this hotel to others wishing for a peaceful stay that's easy to navigate and away from large crowds.

Very helpful staff

The staff were great and the hotels location was close to public transport and only 20/25 minute walk to Eiffel Tower Space is tight within the room and especially in the bathroom, you really couldn’t move at all in the in shower but that would’ve my only complaint

The room was very nice quality, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom finish was surprisingly nice for a hotel. The staff was also very nice. There was also complimentary coffee and sweets. The perfume in the room on the first day was quite strong, we opened the window to let some fresh air in. The lights next to beds were a bit too bright.

The staff was super friendly. Anna in particular welcomed me warmly and helped me to settle in. She was very patient. I highly recommend her. Also Othello helped me the last couple of days and was very friendly. Nothing

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was different from the photos. It was extremely small; if we turned from right to left, we would bump into each other. In the bathroom, there were strands of hair left from previous guests, and the bathroom trash had not been emptied. The sink in the room was clogged. We asked for a different room, but no alternative was arranged.

All staff members were very kind and helpful. Location is perfect for the transport by metro! Many stations around! Many coffee shops and restaurants around! Soundproof is very poor! You can hear neighbors opening doors and talking in the corridor and in their room! Very small room and bathroom. Not even a small table and chairs outside lobby for people who want to smoke. The breakfast is served in the lobby entrance. Wardrobe not enough for 2 ppl !

The location was walking distance to the metro which made it easy to get to tourist spots. It was also walking distance to the Eiffel tower which was nice. Night staff was very helpful (one African female ) was very sweet she booked out taxi for NYE and gave us more supplies when we asked. Also another male on night staff booked our taxi to the airport and was cordial. When we arrived there the day staff lady seemed annoyed when we asked for toothpaste (because we forgot ours) and told us there's a shop down the street to buy toothpaste. She did not seem happy to help with our request. The room was ridiculously small almost the size of a closet. The noise level was off the charts, we heard a couple down the hall having sex. They came in at 3 am on new years and banged the door which was loud. Then on New Years Day morning there was this constant loud banging and pots and pans noise that woke us up at 8 am after only sleeping maybe 4 hours from the night before. It was the people in the lobby and The cleaning person I guess was dragging a canister vacuum up the stairs and just being so damn loud. The cleaning person didn't seem to care that people were sleeping from New years eve the night before. When we went to the lobby we asked for a cup of coffee and they said you can only have the coffee from the machine. Again, not very welcoming.
