The hotel is a classic hotel not a big or fancy room, but has everything what do we need. The staff is espectacular. Fabiane was always doing his best and helping with our needs.

Location, cleanliness and excellent staff That housekeeping at the hotel was done at around the same time of check out. Ended up waiting on the elevator 20 minutes just to go up to the room to get my luggage.

Breakfast was okay but they made us fresh eggs everyday. Service was very good. Room service wasn't good. They need to employ or train the staff better on it. They can have a bit more variation for breakfast. Having the same options for 3 days was a bit monotonous.

What a great hotel! The staff were fantastic, very warm and welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious for 2 people with a nice size bathroom and a very good shower. It was cool and quiet. Love the overall styling in the main lounge and bar area, very classic French. There was free coffee available, along with little cakes and water. The area around the hotel was great too. There’s a nearby street, the Rue de Dames which has lots of small restaurants and bars and a Monoprix at one end. We ate at the different restaurants over the 4 nights we stayed there, no need to go anywhere else. It felt very non touristy and local. I will definitely book this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family as a great place to stay in Paris.
