Nice small hotel, good location,clean and very friendly staff.

We paid for a larger room hoping to have room to "recharge" during our exploration of the city. One of the two chairs was a straight back dining room chair (no arms) The second was a completely worn out directors chair.

Clean, comfortable bed, quiet street Air conditioning was not working adequately-was not blowing air and technician not available. This was during heat wave.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hôtel Arvor. We booked two rooms—one for four people and one for two. The room for four was spacious and very comfortable, with two distinct areas, which made it especially convenient for a group stay. The room for two was small, but typical for Paris hotels and still comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location was excellent in a charming and quiet neighborhood in the 9th arrondissement. It felt very local and safe, with easy access to cafés, restaurants, and several of Paris’s attractions within walking distance. Overall, the hotel has a great atmosphere, is very comfortable, and made our stay in Paris even better. We would definitely stay here again.

A charming boutique hotel on a quiet street, comfortable and in a great location! The cost of breakfast was a little steep given the relatively limited offerings, but it was presented beautifully and delicious.

It was so lovely. Pretty and off a quiet street yet near markets and the Metro. Went with our kids and room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious in this light airy room with open windows. Staff were friendly and gracious. Loved it! The stairs after a lot of walking. No worries - there is an elevator

Family room was good size with comfortable beds. Neighborhood was good, safe, nice restaurants. Nearest subway M12 runs N-S most tourist sites run east -west (M1) so it requires a transfer. A bit sterile maybe not so inviting. No rugs do everything was potentially noisy. We had a coffee maker in the room which was nice but I had to go down ask for pods and towels almost every night during our stay even though housekeeping was in there.
