Very clean, the hotel is in a safe area, snacks and water provided is a big plus for this hotel. The breakfast was OK, but we received fresh tomatoes, cucumber in only 1 day from 4 days booked. They made the invoice under my name, I requested an invoice for my company for prepayment and still no invoice from them. I sent this request via booking.com and I made the same request when I arrived to the hotel . I requested to change the invoice with my company details.. I'm still waiting for an answer.

Clean efficient generous. The manager Cecile even let me have complimentary breakfast the morning before my arrival (I was staying somewhere else and came by in person to drop off luggage) even though check-in wasn’t till 4pm. Superb service and great breakfast!!!

We really liked the receptionist who welcomed us. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he is over 55 and very sophisticated. He was very helpful with his map and directions around the city. Thank you! Another excellent staff member was TJ, who served breakfast. He is cheerful and friendly. Of course, we also loved the hotel chain's concept of being able to stop by and have tea at any of their locations. I must note that the staff here is much friendlier than at the Champs-Élysées location ) The drain in our room was slightly clogged, but they cleared it for us immediately upon request. Breakfast was nice too. We are very satisfied with the service!

Lobby snacks were available in afternoon and evening, a nice touch. 8 minute walk from St Lazare station. Room was small but had everything we needed.

Staff at front desk was excellent. Room was noisy from neighbours. Room was too warm. Buffett’hot’ items were not hot. Coffee was just warm. Seemed to be a long way from places we visited.

Room sizes are a little small for longer stay.

Great location only 3 minutes from the subway station and surrounded by supermarkets. The area is quiet, and the staff are lovely. The space is compact, but overall quite decent given its price and location. The air conditioner malfunctioned for two nights during our stay, yet the staff handled the issue promptly and professionally. Overall, it’s a lovely accommodation for our Paris trip

These people were so kind. I was initially assigned a single room that was very noisy (fyi I am fairly sensitive yo that) because I was near the stairs. People going up and down all night even with ear plugs was not pleasant. When I told Them the next day they put me in nicer quieter room at no charge and were just lovely and professional The single rooms are singularly uncomfortable (pillows and noise level especially)

Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception (morning shift, first on the right) — a very kind, patient, and respectful person. He spent almost one hour helping me to book my museum ticket, which I truly appreciated. I felt very comfortable during my stay. If I come to Paris again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I like everything about this hôtel. The location is perfect. Three lines of metro within walking distance. Good restaurants just around the corner. Nothing really. Just a little confusion about the tourist tax upon check-in.

We were very fortunate to find this hotel in the heart of Paris at very reasonable price. The location is in walking distance to almost anywhere. The facility is very clean, the room is comfortable, the hotel provides free mini bar in the room which is very warm. It also had many free snacks in the lobby. People are super nice and friendly. It was almost impossible to find such a good place in Pricy Paris. Highly recommended! None

Very clean, the room was small but very cozy and clean. Water , juice and soft drinks replaced every day and also choice of teas and tea kettle. All good

It was well located, the staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had the cleaner change the sheets everyday. The room was a little smaller than on the pictures

hotel decor is chic like indie boutique, room is small but cozy with comfy bed, bathroom is super clean, free drinks in the fridge and very convenient free snack bar at 2pm until 2am.
