Didn’t like that there was no laundromat, and the cost to have laundry done, was a bit pricy.

Nice quiet hotel -breakfast ladies are super nice I just wished they will have a the coffee machine available during the day downstairs It’s seem that the lobby needed to be more space to just seat and socialize , after breakfast you need to go !

Clean Unwelcoming staff. Totally unaccommodating. With the exception of the housekeeping staff (all of whom were exceedingly professional and engaging), it’s hard to believe these folks are in the hospitality business. For example, the airline lost our luggage and the hotel wouldn’t let us use their computer to send a Notice of Claim to Delta. A four star hotel without a business center? Without an ice machine? Without an iron or ironing board? The morning we checked out the computer couldn’t prepare the bill. And I could go on. The reviews of this hotel are completely at odds with our experience. We stayed there two weeks and it never got better. A most memorable stay …. for all the wrong reasons. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Security, location, and overall cleanliness were very good.

I reported the presence of the large dog to three different members of the breakfast staff, yet no one reacted or took any action to enforce the rules. It was precisely this lack of intervention that made me uncomfortable and led me to request the cancellation of my breakfast for the following day. In addition, I would like to bring to your attention another issue encountered regarding the cleanliness of the room. no hand towels were provided. Instead, an extremely worn and visibly used towel had been placed in my room. This was very disappointing and far below the standards one should reasonably expect from a 4 star hotel in the heart of Paris. Huge dogs at the table of the breakfast areas. Dirty rotten towels.

Location was clean and very well kept. Hotel was located in an area that was convenient and accessible to attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was expense for the minimal things offered at the breakfast bar and menu.

I was surprised that i pay again in the hotel to stay ! I don’t know why booking took the value as they did !

The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly

I like all the personal that we meet, because all of them are nice with us and answer at any question that we have, I like the small garden where you can take the breakfast and I like the room as well.

No thing . Our safe box in the room was opened on next day of our arrival, and some of our cash money were stolen, the thief thought by stealing some cash not all the cash , we would not know , and wanted to leave doubt over his crime, but were sure how much were stolen because we know how much we had in safe box .The hotel didn’t care and told us to go to police which we didn’t because we were there as tourists and we had no time to go to police , They didn’t care to investigate the matter and find out the perpetrator.they should’ve acted to secure their hotel from thieves among their employees and care about security in their hotel. Who knows what else could happen in this hotel , especially that there is no duty manager is available at all time and at night there is only one person at reception.It is unsafe and insecure hotel.no security personnel at night or day time at hotel .Also , I noticed unfriendly behavior from employees after we told the hotel about the theft.most employees in the hotel are non original french .

Junior suite is a joke, please mind out this hotel !
