Absolutely nothing Nothing

Nothing is good here This is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful hotel I have ever dealt with. My reservation was fully confirmed, yet when I arrived at midnight, they refused to let me in without any explanation. The staff were rude, careless, and completely unhelpful. I was left alone on the street in the middle of the night and had to find another hotel by myself. This is absolutely disgraceful behavior for a place that calls itself a hotel. They took my money and didn’t provide any service — a total scam. I will report this incident to every possible platform until my refund is issued. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They don’t deserve to be on Booking.com.

Location. Our experience staying in the hotel was horrible. Starting with a disgusting smell in the room, and holes in the walls and blankets. Continuing with bathroom doors that barely move and do not close properly. The shower system is very badly organized so water runs directly out of it and because of the above-mentioned conditions with the doors, water reaches the bedroom. Moreover at night sometimes there was no hot water in the shower. First day we did not receive even basic hygiene needs such as toilet paper or towels so we had to go to reception and ask for them. The Wi-Fi connection barely reached the room and for us foreign travellers it was very uncomfortable. Furthermore, we experienced disrespectful treatment from the administration of the hotel. We were told by the administration behind the reception table that our check out is 2 days earlier than we paid for, and to stay longer, we needed to pay more. We had all the documents and screenshots that prove that we paid for all days and we have full right to stay in the hotel for 2 days more. The administrator again checked and admitted that he made a mistake but this type of situation caused so much stress and we felt very unsafe. Moreover during this conversation at the hotel entrance came up a stranger who wanted to come inside and our hotel staff whom we were communicating with and figuring out about the the current problem, started to scream and act very aggressively towards the stranger which caused even more discomfort. Finishing our review I would like to mention the last situation that left us even more confused and disappointed. The hotel administrator who usually sits behind the reception table was found sleeping in the same room on the floor at night. Terrifying conditions for working staff always create the worst experience for customers.

It was clean, staff were incredibly friendly. Phenomenal hospitality from all staff went above and beyond, the place was cheap and value for money, a complimentary bottle of water upon entry and greeted with such kindness, we’ve been travelling through Europe and it’s one of the best services we’ve had. Thank you from an auzzie and Irish!
