Very close to all locations. Montmart walking distance. Great local cafes, restaurants Train stations. Staff is incredibly friendly Breakfast is worth it I bought it once on my last day and I was very satisfied. It was under construction this visit. I have stayed here before due to the location. Clean, safe areas and excellent customer service.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Although it is a small property, the service is truly impeccable. The staff were always willing to help and consistently accommodating, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The hotel was very well kept and exceptionally clean, with a pleasant scent throughout, especially noticeable in the lobby. Breakfast was available and the selection was more than sufficient for a hotel of this size, making for a convenient and enjoyable start to the day. The location is another highlight—it is quiet and peaceful, yet surrounded by nearby establishments and conveniently close to metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around Paris. Price-wise, this hotel offers excellent value for Paris, especially considering the quality of service and overall comfort provided. The only minor drawback during the stay was some ongoing construction. However, the hotel was very transparent about this and clearly posted notices near the elevator to remind guests of potential disruptions. The construction typically took place from midday to late afternoon, so unless you planned to stay in the hotel throughout the day, it was not much of an issue at all. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The staff was wonderful! The location was exceptional! Easy to access the metro or buses, safe to walk around, LOTS of restaurants, pastry shops, grocery stores in the neighborhood. The air conditioning is only accessible seasonably. To cool off the room we had to open the doors on the faux balcony and the outside noise made it difficult to sleep. (We're from Texas and used to having AC on demand. Perhaps having a small, portable AC unit available would be helpful) The bathroom had an issue with black mold in several areas on the ceiling and bathroom tiles. Once we informed the management, it was scrubbed down, but we still didn't feel good about showering in it. (The hotel is undergoing renovation and the manager says all rooms should be completed in 2-3 months.)

Very small room

We booked Hotel Berne Opera in Paris for a family stay, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the room was very small and overcrowded, despite booking a triple room with a crib as clearly allowed by the hotel’s own policy. The booking page stated that a crib for a child under 3 years old would be provided free of charge. However, the staff repeatedly complained about children being present, which is unacceptable — if the hotel does not welcome children, this should be clearly stated on Booking.com. Housekeeping was another serious issue. During an 8-day stay, the room was only cleaned twice and only after repeated requests. Towels were old, rarely changed even when asked, and the bedsheets were replaced only twice in more than a week. This is not the level of service expected from a 3-star hotel in the heart of Paris. Additional problems included: The lift is extremely small — two people with one bag barely fit, and children had to be carried because of how cramped it was. The room door did not lock properly until the second day. The air conditioning did not work effectively regardless of the setting. Water supply was cut off multiple times in the bathroom. No luggage assistance or carts were available, forcing guests to carry their own bags up and down. The in-room phone did not work, making it impossible to contact reception. Staff were unprofessional and disrespectful, often responding rudely instead of offering hospitality. The most alarming incident was receiving a typed letter in Arabic (without hotel name, logo, or signature) threatening that if guests did not “clean the room themselves,” their belongings could be removed and they would be forced to leave without refund. This is completely unacceptable. Guests are paying for accommodation and housekeeping, not to be treated as though they are staying in a self-service apartment. In conclusion, Hotel Berne Opera fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.

Loved the location and size of the room . It was clean too. The bathroom was older but it was clean and a good size.

Carpet is not my thing. Need to be change too old.. and breakfast should be more choices

The location was excellent - it was a 2 minute walk to the Rome Metro. The hotel was close to bistros, cafes and restaurants. There was a small supermarket close by and a very good fruit shop. On Saturdays, there's a fabulous food market across the main road. There was coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge. Windows could be opened to let in fresh air. A/C was available and free WiFi. We were in the 6th floor but a lift was available. The bathroom was small - a step in bath tub for the shower. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, which was available, because there were quite a few very good patisseries close by.

Very nice stay, comfortable hotel, very clean and close to metro. Very good breakfast. Quiet location. Personnel was above expectations. Nothing.

Hotel berne was really nice. We stayed 3 people, when we first entered we were greeted very warm and friendly, the hotel was clean and cosy. It is very close to the metro, right in front of it, there is also a market nearby. It met our expectations. Thank you very much for everything hotel berne opera:)))) hope we will come again

The staff was friendly Cleaners didn’t clean properly never replaced used mugs or glasses and for 2 people they only give 1 small bottle of water!

Location is perfect- 2 mins walk to Rome Metro (M2) so we could get around Paris without any problems. Staff were so helpful, very friendly & knowledgeable! Everything was great.
