Everything was fabulous! Great location, walking distance to the Arc du Triomphe and metro stations, also many restaurants nearby. Rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. No noise whatsoever, so we could sleep well. Elevator was convenient since we traveled with a senior citizen. Amazing breakfast.

Everything! The hotel was perfect for my husband and I. The staff - front desk and housekeeping - were all wonderful and so accepting of us as tourists, especially considering we know very little French. The hotel is in the PERFECT location. A short walk from the Eiffel Tower while still being in a quiet, clean area of the city. We visited several of the restaurants on the same block of the hotel and they were all incredible. The hotel breakfast was also incredible and was a competitive price to nearby cafes. The hotel is small - BUT that is to be expected in Paris. Keep that difference in mind if you are used to larger accommodations (such as hotels in the United States), and the Hotel Elysees Bassano is a perfect place to stay.

The toilet was not working and on Christmas Day the staff responsible for fixing bathroom problems was on holidays, thus we were given an option to change the room. We were also geven an offer to have a free breakfast, so it was good.

Nothing at all I could not stay in the hotel at all, I’ve checked out in the same day of check in I could not sleep even. The most bad experience of hotels in paris I have been in. In all ways I hope my money get refunded because I have booked another hotel for my days in paris just to leave the hotel becasue I had no other option to stay in this hotel. Literally everything, the photos in booking is way far from what I’ve seen in reality. Nothing at all I could not stay in the hotel at all, I’ve checked out in the same day of check in I could not sleep even. The most bad experience of hotels in paris I have been in. In all ways I hope my money get refunded because I have booked another hotel for my days in paris just to leave the hotel becasue I had no other option to stay in this hotel.
