Good location of the room. Bathroom was good layout. The location to central Paris. Able to walk to most of famous landmarks. Good restaurants nearby. Safe and clean surroundings so able to walk with confidence, as long as we stick to safety guidelines given by tge hotel. The position of the microwave too high, including the mug cupboard. Thanks for offering the upgrading the Junior suite. The only problem with the bedroom spacde, difficult to get in and out of bed due to tiny space by sides of bed.

The location At check-in the reception had zero clue on how to proceed with checking process on top of that he had some type of strange attitude not welcoming at all n zero patience. thankfully there was a lady assisting him who helped us and apologized for his attitude.

The room was really nice organised and clean. The location was really good and the staff was very friendly. The bed was not really comfortable but okay. You don’t have a clear view of the Effel tower, at least not from the room I was staying in, but it’s okay because it’s a short walk to go and see it.

Perfect location, kitchenette in the room There was a receptionist, he is old white guy (can't remember the name). He worked on night shift on Sunday 19 August 2026. That receptionist is r*cist and unprofessional. The hotel should train their staff. He was very rude towards me and we even had an argument. He shhhh me , when I asked him to apologize, he said that he will not apologize . He told me that I am just a guest and him, he works there and he can do anything he wants. That alone made to not extend my nights (by the way, I had 2 rooms reserved. Also the free wifi is terrible . It does disconnect by itself
