Bed was comfortable. Staff were excellent even when we arrived at 9am after a 14 hour flight. Offering us a place to relax and freshen up. Balcony in the room a nice touch. Very clean. Fantastic location for eateries and shopping. Very small bathroom. Get rid of the bath and only have a shower would make it far better. Aircon was a bit so so. Tv subtitles all in French and Germain. English ones would have helped. But this wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Beds were so comfortable, staff is super kind (especially the gentleman in the front). The cleaning service is good and the location isn’t bad, you are near the metro stations so it’s not difficult to get around. Room could have been a bit cleaner, temperature is always set to 22, which is good but you are not able to make it any cooler (setting it lower doesn’t change anything). The rooms aren’t super soundproof you can sometimes hear the neighbours but not so loud that it’s a real disturbance. The room is SMALL and the bathroom is tiny, this is of course listed on the site and is common in Paris but just a heads up for anyone booking.

Great location with complimentary coffee/tea/snacks in the lobby. The staff were lovely and and everything was nice and clean! The bathtub was quite steep and hard to get in and out of - This was fine for me but something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues!

When I arrived I was warmly welcomed at the front desk, the room was very nice, the air conditioning was running when I entered which cooled me down lovely. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, water, a sweet treat all on the side. The hotel is situated in a great central location. When going out, you need to leave the key at reception, which is great so there’s no fear of losing it. My room had a bath with poor drainage so was standing in a deep pool of water by the time I got out of the shower. The shower was really powerful though.

It truly exceeded our expectations! The staff was so friendly specially Kevin, the front desk gentleman. The cleaning staff did an excellent work every day and the breakfast was run by a lovely chef that, even tho was a medium large hotel, knew our room number and greeted us every time. Coffee and Tea always available and the best location I had ever been in Paris. Thank you!
