The location was very good, and everything was clean. There is a 24/7 reception, and most of the staff were friendly and always happy to help. There was no air conditioning, only fans. The room was also very small; it was barely big enough for two single beds. One of the receptionists was quite unfriendly (the man with tattoos). When we arrived, he didn’t even say hello and just said, “Yes?” He had a very rude and unwelcoming attitude. He also spent a lot of time watching TikTok videos quite loudly, which we could hear from upstairs. Luckily, the staff changed shifts, and the other receptionists were friendly and professional.

The location is genuinely fantastic, just a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It’s very convenient for exploring Paris, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and cafés nearby. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it! The fact that there is no air conditioning wasn’t really an issue, as the fan does a very good job of keeping the room comfortable. However, having a minibar would be really helpful, especially for keeping cold water and other drinks in the room.

Ir was very clean, not far ftom the Eiffel tower - you can reach it by foot. Shower leaked, the whole bathroom was wet. Hair dryer did nothing and no AC

Nothing Terrible hôtel. No ac in the room, and it was about 36C in that room, the fan was available but only hot air. The Windows were not closing - with the crazy trafic it was super noisy and impossible to sleep at night. On top of that, someone’s hair was on the towels! Discusting!

Great location in the 13th district. Very close to the Eiffel Tower, metro stations and shopping centres. Good size room. Unlimited coffees, teas and juice. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. Have to go to lobby for drinks as no fridge or kettle in the room.

Location was perfect and the stuff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was too small. The elevator was a big problem. You wait a lot and too narrow.
