clean, roomy, good towels, good water pressure asked for a 30 minute extension for checkout so I could attend mass and was refused even though I asked 24 hours in advance, again 12 hours again 3 hours in advance. staff more interested in rules than customer service.

The hotel was super clean, excellent air conditioning during the Paris heatwave , and the rooms were well designed, with plugs by the bed, good reading light , and a bathrobe- always a huge plus for me.

That there was no coffee machine in the room. Instant coffee is such an antique! Yes, there are coffee shops around the hotel, but sometimes you just want to have a coffee first thing in the morning, in bed, without having to get dressed to go out.

We did not try the breakfast but there are snacks out all day for all guests, coffee, pop, juice, water, fruit, pastries and chips and pretzel mix. A very nice touch after walking all day. A very good location, lots of restaurants nearby and places for croissants and coffee in the morning. Staff very helpful. Has an elevator. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are fine, has air con, good shower. Everything was fine for us. There was nothing negative that stood out.
