Nice boutique hotel near the Luxembourg gardens. It is in a great location down a quiet side street. The hotel itself is small and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived after midnight due to a flight delay, and the gentleman at reception met us outside to help with our luggage and got us quickly checked in and to our room, which was much appreciated! We also enjoyed having bath robes and a refillable glass water bottle in the room. We did not have breakfast, but it looked like it was a decent offering. I don't think we were given the room type I had booked as it looked nothing like the photos. We were in an accessible room - which was not needed - and it seemed a little dark and dingy tucked in a back corner on the ground floor. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the drapery and throw at the end of the beds had stains - although they seemed to be clean. Due to the accessible shower, the bathroom floor was always very wet and water puddled in the corners as it didn't drain quickly. There was also only a single shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower and no other soap at the sink.

We all loved the location. The proximity to the Jardins de Luxembourg added a lot to our enjoyment of our trip to Paris. The front desk staff, who were on duty 24 hours a day, were extremely helpful, professional and kind. The beds were quite comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Water pressure in the shower was good. We were never bothered by noise. They always had water in the lobby flavored with citrus or herbs, which is a refreshing touch. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area. We all agree that we would 100% stay here again. As is normal in Paris, rooms are not spacious. To me, they looked bigger in the photos but it was fine. Also, the tub/shower was somewhat difficult to access for our 82 year old traveling companion. Next time, we would ask if they have a more accessible shower.

Love the location! Bed was comfortable - windows open for fresh air and view of the street

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is quite good, close to the main attractions, safe, easy to get there, close to cafes. Room was very small but very clean. Breakfast was very poor. I didn't like the breakfast. It was very poor. Didn't like the size of the room. It's overvalued.

The staff was absolutely incredible! So accommodating and willing to give any recommendations or support we needed for transit or dinners. I would definitely recommend staying here!
-
The rooms have air and are large enough for two people. The breakfast was great and a perfect way to start our day exploring Paris. Everything was walkable.
-
The air conditioning in our room was wonderful! The “spa water” in the lobby with ICE was so nice each day. The shower needs more of an enclosure to keep from getting the bathroom wet.

air conditioner could not be controlled Location

This was a real find. The location put us within walking distance of the L'Ile de la Cite -- about .5 miles. I made a mistake with the booking, and the staff did all it could to help set things right. We didn't need parking, but there are public lots just down the hill a little bit. It wasn't inexpensive, by any means, but it was a quaint, classic French hotel with a lot of charm in the heart of Paris.

The hotel was very well located and close to many tourist attractions. Lots of food and coffee shops around the area as well. The carpet in the room was my only major issue with the room. It needs to be removed or replaced!

You hear all the noise from the other bedrooms.

It was a lovely room that was clean and tidy - loved the AC. Having staff that could speak english was a bonus to take away some of the stress of travelling given my french is poor.
-
I liked the flavoured water and croissants that were complimentary.
