This was by far one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in Paris. I’ve visited Paris around 15 times and stayed in many hotels across different price ranges, so I have a good basis for comparison. The biggest issue is the terrible sewage smell in Room 42. If possible, avoid this room at all costs. The smell is so strong that it feels like you’re staying next to a public restroom. It made the room extremely unpleasant. Room 42 is also extremely small, very worn out, and honestly feels neglected. It was one of the least comfortable hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Room 46 was a little larger, but that was its only advantage. I noticed many reviews praising the cleanliness. While the housekeeping staff does clean the rooms, cleanliness alone cannot hide how old and tired everything is. The walls, furniture, and finishes are heavily worn, so the room never feels fresh or inviting, regardless of how well it is cleaned. The shower itself was acceptable, but the hairdryer looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades. Another serious issue is the noise. The street is extremely loud. People in the building across the street played loud music late into the night, and every morning around 7 a.m. the garbage truck created a huge amount of noise. If you’re hoping to get a good night’s sleep, this hotel is not the right choice. The hotel also lacks very basic amenities. There is no complimentary bottled water, no water station, and not even disposable cups to fill water yourself. You can’t even buy water at the hotel, which is surprising for a property in this price range. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Paris that cost the same or even less, and they were much more stylish, better maintained, and offered simple but thoughtful touches like filtered water, coffee, or a more welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, this was a surprisingly poor experience and one I would not recommend to other travelers.

The position is very good close, the area very nice. The bathroom was too small and not like the pictures we saw.

Location and Air Conditioning great. The small pillows. And only one each. We asked fof bigger of more pillows we got one more small one. . The room was ok. We weren't reminded about breakfast or told where to go. So only figured it out on the last day, when most of the stuff was cleaned up and packed away. There was no hand soap. I asked about it the man said use the shower gel. But you physically cant reach it and squeeze it out around the shower door. Was a bit weird to be honest.

The location and staff were nice. 1. The room was dark and on the ground floor facing the street - noisy drunk people sitting in by my window smoking every night and loud garbage collection tracks passed by every morning. 2. The room was behind the reception area - I could hear people checking and out and even the phones ringing 3. The bathroom was horrible 4. The mini fridge was on the floor and there was constant noise coming from it . 5. The bed was not comfortable at all.

the location is super nice and very central. You can walk from everywhere from the hotel. Rooms are quite small but for us it has enough place. The beds and the shower were good. The breakfast was definitely good, it was a very conveniant open buffet. PRice/ performance was great. We had very plaesant stay however there are some things to point out: The hotel has a very small elevator, for one person only. This did not create a problem for us because we had no luggage and also stayed on the first floor. With luggages that might be a prob. The location of the hotel is super central, so get ready for the restaurant/food smell and very loud conversations or talks in the nearby hotel till late night.

The location was great and staff very polite and helpful. The hotel is next to local restaurants and shops which was very convenient during our stay. The room was basic and clean as expected based on description of the room, facilities and photos provided at booking.com. The bathroom was quite small.

Nothing I only stayed for two days, yet I came back exhausted and utterly fed up. Every time I climbed to the fifth floor, the door key failed to work, forcing me to go up and down the narrow staircase repeatedly. There was only one member of staff trying to deal with all the guests, so I was left waiting in a cramped, unbearably hot corridor until my patience finally snapped. I asked for toilet paper, but after more than thirty minutes nothing arrived. When I went downstairs myself, I found it had simply been left at reception the entire time. To make matters worse, when I collected my luggage at the end, the staff could not find it and I was led to believe the hotel had lost it. Shocking service from start to finish. I would never consider staying at this hotel again.
