Great location and beautiful room. Loved my 45 minute visit to the spa. Critically, AC was fantastic even during the heat wave. Like all of Paris, they suffered during the heat wave and the elevator stopped working. Staying on the 6th floor meant this was quite an inconvenience.

Very nice location in a quiet road near metro and bus stations and with easy access to shops and restaurants / bars. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Room was rather small, but this is to be expected in Paris.

Beautiful room, nice looking spa, everything worked. Great climate control - the air conditioning did its work. Also location is top notch. Nothing.

Location (super local neighborhood) and front desk were just lovely. Rooms can be a upgraded, especially the terraces, and the spa amenities should be made clear that it’s simply the sauna and pool — not worth it to pay more for the spa rate. I would next time book the spa separately especially since it gets booked up quickly, not guaranteeing access.

Location is fantastic, 20min walk from Gare du Nord. Complementary coffee (machine that does café au lait, and other options). Fridge in the room (for all the delicious French cheeses!). Steam room and pool to cap it off! Complementary macarons were in our room when we arrived - delicious! Nothing, everything is great

Extremely helpful staff, nicely appointed rooms, some with balconies with views- just two steps from rue de martyrs, a great food store street, and plenty of good neighborhood restaurants

Friendly staff, very clean room , good value for being Paris. Not too small room to share with a friend. The fridge/minibar did not work.

The private spa was acceptable, the room was acceptable, The staff were amazing, friendly and professional, they went out of their way to accommodate and was always on hand. Great location. The pool was very small, I was only able to utilise the pool twice during my stay. And was rushed out of the spa area as another client was waiting to use the area. The breakfast was over priced, therefore we ate out every day.
