I booked a balcony room which was exceptionally clean and functional . I just question though the location of the property. It is right near a major intersection and being a solo female traveller I was very conscious of groups of men gathering towards the late afternoon around the hotel. Not sure if this is really ideal hotel to stay at to see the sites of the Le Marais district. The reception staff had a personality of a pea. There was no warm welcome, no smile no direction of where breakfast would be or other facilities on site - just nothing

It was clean, the staff were lovely and we had a really comfortable stay. I was concerned about the level of noise when we first walked in, however this wasn’t an issue.
