Property was great. Being renovated but overall was really good! Nothing

No AC or fan. The elevator didn’t work. I left and got another hotel.

Clean room, clean bathroom, nice comfortable (and clean) bed. Very conveniently close to a metro stop (Château Rouge on Line 4). The WiFi signal was so weak that it was not possible to use it. Also, it was hot in Paris, so the room could have used a fan. There's also nowhere in the bathroom to hang wet towels, etc.

Room was clean and had plenty of toilet paper which is unusual for hotels in France! Rooms were tiny. Bathroom was absolutely miniscule. No glasses for drinking water and location was sketchy

Great location and view. Historic charm and room was great to come back to after a day of exploring the city

Very noisy neighborhood

Good location, nearby enough to a lot of things that you can walk comfortably There was no fan or AC, and opening the windows at night was very noisy, so we often had to go between the room being stuffy or hearing the night life. The bathroom was INCREDIBLY tight, and you cannot comfortably brush your teeth with a partner.

Personally I would love to have a hand towel as we had a small kitchen in the apartment

Great location in the heart of Montmartre, clean rooms and decent amenities. We had an amazing view of Sacre Coeur from our room, which added greatly to our experience! Friendly staff. Great price for value. The rooms are quite small and some small touches are missing (like a sponge and dish soap for the kitchenette or towel hooks in the bathrooms).

Nothing The entrance is disgusting. The « reception » is a crappy desk with a computer and old printer. And it smells terrible. None of this was of course shown on any picture. The rooms are renovated. But ZERO space, not even a single hook to put your jacket or even a hook in the bathroom to hand your wet towel. I’ve never seen that before. No space to put any clothes at all. I was shocked.

Location

Hotel was well located with restaurants/bakeries nearby (metro station Chateau Rouge not so great as boarderline) and a lot in walking distance. Friendly staff and helped fast (needed a multi plug in as there was only 1!!! plug in our room). Rooms were recently renovated. Small room but this is Paris and we had a nice view from 5th floor. Despite a small room certain things are missing: no hanger in bathroom and not many in the room. For 2 days and if you have not much with you - fully ok. Only one towel per person is also not a lot.

Rooms were all renovated and very clean. We stayed at the 6th floor and had an amazing view of the Montmarte Basilica There was nothing negative about the property. The location was good however some streets towards the metro felt unsafe.

The staff were absolutely wonderful! The gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful during our entire stay! The location is very close to a metro. Theres an elevator and the rooms are newly renovated. The rooms are a bit small, but if you’re there to travel all you really need is a bed anyways. Just a few small and unimportant things, but I wish there was another shelf on the shower for shampoo. Also, the light over the stove didn’t work so it was a little dark in the room at night. Again, not a big deal.

False advertising. They do not have WiFi, you have to pull out Euros to pay for taxes, and the location is a good 15 minute walk from the nearest metro. We also had a room right outside of a school and it was extremely noisy in the mornings.

Wifi was down during the two nights stay. Hot water was down for one night.

The room (and attached bathroom) was very clean.
