room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful no air conditioning, which probably isn't normally an issue, but this was a very hot spell -- temperatures 37C, no lift - and we were on the 3rd floor.

Location and clean bed. It was a visit to the 1980’s and I think that was the last time it was decorated. The loo seat was difficult to lift up or down, the sink blocked access to the shower, the carpets were very old and tired. Grim place

Walking distance to Paris Gare de Leon train station Very hot, noisy street position, tiny bathroom with shower flooding onto the floor. Very little air circulation, tiny room, right opposite gathering place for noisy group of you g men who remained till very late at night.

Below expectation. Bad customer service right from the first day. Light outage made the stay in the hotel worse. No consideration for guest comfort, especially with hot weather and no fan provided by the hotel.

The area relatively good. Quite far from Paris though. The area was okayish. The room good, overpriced. You had to hand over the key on the way out which i find unacceptable. I did not spend the night at the hotel and came back in the morning. The owner inquired why I did not stay in and that he was checking when I am back...
