The location was perfect and the reception was clean, welcoming and easy to check in. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom was out dated and needs a refurb, this let the room down as it didn’t reflect the hotel.

The location was perfect to travel out to different parts of the city. Easily accessible. The air con seems to have a timer on; which it will auto switch off every few hours. Hence, i need to wake up in the middle of the night to turn on the air con to have some air ventilation at night. otherwise it can be stuffy.

Location The safe in the room was broken. I called reception but I was told to carry my items with me or leave with reception. The room was tiny and badly designed with a large door retracter for the main room door restricting access to the wardrobe right behind it. There was barely any space to place a suitcase as there was an oversized bed and barely any room to move. The bath had the shower gel and shampoo placed too low and kept poking as one moved in the shower. There was no ventilator to manage the steam so the bath would steam up and the bathroom door had to be left open to let the steam out and make the mirror usable.
