The staff was really nice. Not really 4 stars, more like a refurbished 3 stars.

Excellent left bank location. An easy enjoyable walk to many shops, bistros and cafes! A unique boutique hotel, with lovely decor and an amazing staff. Air conditioned rooms were a great bonus during the recent heatwave. I didn’t partake of breakfast or room service so cannot comment. Would highly recommend and am returning for an additional 2 night in 10 days. Nothing to mention.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my confirmed reservation at Hôtel Prince de Conti (Booking #5809675901) for 16–17 June 2026. Despite having a fully confirmed booking and arriving on time with my elderly father, the hotel refused to provide us with the reserved room. This caused significant distress, wasted time, and unnecessary expenses. We had to search for a new hotel at the last minute and pay a much higher rate, in addition to multiple taxi fares. This completely disrupted our plans and prevented us from enjoying our trip. I have full proof of: - The confirmed reservation - Taxi receipts - Extra hotel charges - All additional expenses caused by the hotel’s refusal to honor the booking

Location was excellent and staff service was top notch. Newly renovated decor was very nice. Bed was too firm and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

Lovely renovation of this 20 room hotel in a superb Left Bank location in the 6th. The staff could not have been more helpful, welcoming and professional. Nothing that I can think of.

Greta location, wonderful staff and very inviting, friendly feeling. They even went out of their way to make our little guy feel special. Room was very tiny, bed was too firm and pillows flat.

Nice boutique hotel, beautifully updated with kitchenette and new bathroom. Located on a quiet canal street a few blocks from main shopping/restaurant area. Walk everywhere, Uber available. Steep stairs up to second floor room.

It’s a lovely small hotel with a phenomenal location on a quiet street off the Seine. We could walk to many of the big attractions (Notre Dame, Louvre & more). The room was small, yet serviceable. The king bed was a welcome sight! We celebrated our 35th Anniversary and they had champagne and a note in our room upon arrival. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast (French continental) in the morning and they would scramble some eggs if asked. Our room windows opened to the courtyard and several rooms open to small terrace outside their room. Our visit in April saw perfect weather and we loved having the large windows open. Would highly recommend the Prince de Conti to everyone.

Very clean and central As I mentioned to the manager, my room was at the first floor next to the patio door which was very loud when pepole use this door going in and out to their room ( patio rooms) just need to get a soft-close door that won’t sounds very loud.

Firstly this new hotel in St Germain des Pres is stunning and has a lot of historical charm. It's located next to Pont Neuf making it super convenient to walk across the river to Louis Vuitton, take a 10min bus to Le Louvre or a short walk to Odeon metro. It's also nearby a lot of restaurants in St Germain and 5mins walk to Cafe de Flore. We loved the team at the reception and during breakfast, who always made sure we had everything we needed, starting with a professional room tour and always checking if we needed help with reservations or directions during our stay. The hotel room water heater and air conditioning was new and really good and we were lucky enough to be upgraded during our stay. Thank you for everything, we will always be grateful for the people that made our stay exceptional. We stayed twice at this hotel during our stay, and went to Bordeaux from Montparnasse Station, in between. I would highly recommend booking directly with the hotel as they have an offer for breakfast and champagne on arrival.
