The location of the hotel is excellent There is no aircon in the rooms

No AC. Room was unbearably hot. Bugs were coming out of the floorboards that were coming up and had been poorly glued down. Fridge was not cold at all. Shower tub combo was dirty.

Pior hotel que já vi. Tudo extremamente sujo, toalhas rasgadas, lençóis sujos, ventilador não funciona, secador queimado… um horror. Pior hotel que já vi. Tudo extremamente sujo, toalhas rasgadas, lençóis sujos, ventilador não funciona, secador queimado… um horror.

- All the stuff was lovely, very kind people and nice to have a chat with. - Breakfast was not lavish, but I liked it. - When I was in the bed, the duvet smelled a bit funny, like it didn't dry properly. - One of the window (the little one) didn't have a shutter, so I woke up at 5.00 in the morning because there was light coming through the window. The following day, I used the extra duvet (thankfully there were 2!) and sort of used it cover the window. (see picture)

We had a very good overall impression of this hotel. The room was spacious, tidy, and very clean, with a nice view of a quiet street behind the hotel, which has that charming Parisian feel. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. Everything was smooth during our stay, and the location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city. The hotel did take a deposit, which was properly returned after check-out, which we appreciated. There is also a minibar in the room; however, one small suggestion would be to check and update it regularly, as the chips had expired a few months ago. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone—the price-to-quality ratio is really great.

Good location and friendly staff Our room wasn’t very clean and we didn’t like the fact you took our keys to the room if we went out and there wasn’t much checking that that was actually our room key when collecting. Someone could have easily said I’m room 101 and stolen my belongings
