It was clean Rude Staff front desk Charles was aggressive and rude to us and tried to charge us double the rate.

It was a beautiful hotel, very clean and I appreciated having the cold a/c. The shower was very deep, a little difficult to step into.

Nice room , nice staff, Ac was cold, great location . Highly recommend. Booked a bigger room for space. Sometimes cleaners get inside the room without asking permission if they see there is no disturb sign. But we are still inside they just open go straight and change the bar stuff and leave . I would expect they knock the door and wait and ask them when to come in

I loved that the room was quite spacious which isn’t very common. We also loved that breakfast was open till 1.30pm. I absolutely hate waking up early so it worked out perfectly for us. I loved that it was close to a supermarket, the galleria Lafayette and a toy store . The kids loved going to buy toys Nothing really.

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable better than expected. The one stand out was the front of house staff, Yulia on reception and the porters couldn’t do enough and a credit to the managers. Nothing not to love.

I booked a suite, but the extra bed was very small, as was the main bed. It was not a good experience at all; the hotel was very far from the Champs-Élysées, the rooms were small, and the air conditioning didn't cool the room at all.

Breakfast was 10/10. And the location was fantastic, I managed to move around and see whatever I wanted to see. Can’t wait to go back I liked every bit of it

The property is very well maintained. They have water and a complimentary coffee machine in the room; the staff is friendly and attentive to all our needs, and the location is very convenient, close to Champs-Élysées

Great service, good atmosphere, the reception and the concierge are so helpful and welcoming. The location is great and it has AC. Love it and would visit again.
