Great location! A basic good value hotel.

We did not eat the breakfast. The location was very nice in proximity to to our city itinerary. The size of the room was very deceiving in the pictures. I knew it would not be a big room but was surprised at just how small it was. It would be nice to have some parking suggestions printed out for customers who drive.

We had everything we wanted. Excellent location, very helpful staff. If you need a clean and cozy hub to explore Paris with a reasonable cost this is the address. We would definitely book again.

Amazing location, great value for money. Basic room but was prefect for us, clean and quiet. The gentlemen at the front desk was lovely, and gave us the best room with a view. I would definitely be back.

Location The facility wasn’t clean, smells pretty bad. The AC or fan didn’t work, carpet dirty and also bugs everywhere. I reported it but it didn’t improve.

I did not like the room at all, I expected it to be small but not being so old and dusty. I had itches every time I entered the room. there was a flowerpot in front of the window it was also filled with cigarette ends.

There were ants everywhere. it seemed like they were increasing in number the more days we stayed in the hotel

Breakfast was called continental breakfast but there were no cheese nor charcuterie....was somewhat disappointning

Location (short walk from Grands Boulevards metro station), really helpful staff, bathtub in bathroom! Nothing we didn't like about this hotel

I booked this place for a nearby event I was attending, It was within walking distance, close to laundry mat, supermarket and lots of restaurants. The room was great compared to the prices of nearby hotels. the staff were good at what they do, and always helpful with anything i needed. Not much.

They were very helpful with my special needs. I really appreciated their 24 hour service. I would have liked to have the extras of a fridge and kettle in my room

Very central location, very friendly and helpful reception staff, room had very quiet and effective fan, good windows to keep out the noise Street-facing rooms are very noisy, no aircon, the usual tiny Parisan rooms and bathrooms. Bathroom fan could work better.

A very accessible area with good restaurants nearby and a very welcoming staff! The room is comfortable and has all the essentials for a good stay. Breakfast could be better, the hair dryer could be improved and the heater did’n work.

The location is great. Room is neat, clean, well maintained. Elevator, wifi works just fine. I arrived early and checked in early. There are supermarket across the street. Staffs are all kind and i felt welcomed. Lazare and opera house are all walkable from here. The are are safe even at night. None.
