Really clean room in Paris at such good value! Breakfast

Good location, good value for money. Full breakfast. The only downside is the shower, which is very cramped and difficult to get into. shower is very cramped and difficult to get into.

Nice quiet area Far from what we wanted to see
-
High quality and well maintained hotel. Tram and metro stops are only a few minutes walk away. Also one block away is an unused canal which has a lot of cafes and restaurants plus an area which you can swim in the canal for free! Nothing.

Very good

Staff is professional and friendly , reception, housekeeping, restaurant, everyone. Breakfast is very good. Finally a comfortable pillow. There was a terrible smell coming from the toilet, but not because of a lack of cleanliness, but from the ventilation system. We had to open the window for the night, although it was cold. There was only one towel per person, so we had to use the same towel for our feet and our face... Two would be better.

The location was amazing. We loved walking along the Bassin de la Villette in the evening, soaking up the atmosphere and watching Parisians playing boules, ping pong and basket ball. There were plenty of cafes and bars along the Waterfront. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, we got pastries and coffee from a lovely nearby boulengerie and ate them by the canal in the morning. The room was basic as you would expect for the price, but spotless and the shower was hot and good. It was functional and basic with zero frills. There was a bit of noise from the street in the night. The fittings seemed a bit flimsy and there wasn't a proper bathroom, just a separate toilet and the shower was almost in the bedroom. Very compact! But absolutely what we needed for a cheap night in a good location.

Good location with easy reach to Gare du Nord. We stayed on 2 separate nights either side of our trip to Paris. The room was very budget as you’d expect for the money. Downstairs there are vending machines for hot drinks and a microwave you can use. The hotel is right next to a supermarket which is very handy! the room on our first night overall felt quite dirty, we found some dead bugs on the walls and the room lighting was very dark. There were stains on the mattress and lots of hairs. The second time we stayed felt much more comfortable so it may depend on what room you are given! For a one night budget stay, this place works.
