Hot elevator

The elevator had a persistent unpleasant smell, despite daily cleaning efforts. It was quite off-putting. Additionally, while the daytime staff were friendly and accommodating, I encountered an issue with the evening receptionist. When I returned to the hotel after 10 PM, I struggled with the door code to gain entry. Instead of offering assistance, he simply watched me until I called for help. I understand that this might be a cultural norm, but it left me feeling like I was inconveniencing him rather than receiving helpful service. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, these issues would prevent me from returning.

Nothing Horrible cleanses and mosquitos
-
it’s so accessible and walkable to all the restos and shopping nothing cause it’s what you pay for, although rooms are small it’s very comfortable and most of all the staff was very accommodating and very friendly and helpful

Nothing it’s so bad. Dave was so rude to us. They are not helping and the elevator was broke.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others. The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms were extremely small. The ceiling was also very low, and taller guests might find it uncomfortable as they could easily bump their heads.

the location We checked in in the evening and the check in process was decent, only didnt know about the paris hotel tax or something like that but its ok we dont mind it as its regulation. once we check into the room we realized the ac is blowing but not cold air, we tried telling the reception in the evening they said they were fully booked and could not change the room. however the evening staff gentleman was trying to be a problem solver and gave us a portable ac, which blocked majority of our walking space but nevertheless it helped. the second day we go to the reception and there is a younger gentleman with a french accent that was working, we tell him the situation and that if its not fixed today (mind that it was 30+ degrees) we would either need a refund and book elsewhere (which would end up costing us more anyways as its on the day booking) and the young lad told us that its not his problem or that there isnt anything he could do about it and he said that room had that problem previously as well. Now I got mad saying how can you not let us know prior to checking in that the ac isnt working and later not take responsibility, we asked again to call a technician and he tells us that he can call him but its not his responsibility to check up if he comes in time or whatever. now if he was trying to help it would be a different comment, but because the day time (french accent) lad was just trying to avoid the problem and take 0 responsibility we got even angrier. in the evening we came back and they tell us that the technicians did not arrive, now its even worse as at this point because it doesnt make sense to check out and find another hotel as we have 2 nights left. nevertheless the next day they fix it but overall the 2 underlying issues are the following: 1 - the attitude of the young lad at the reception, it wasnt acceptable as his other colleagues were much nicer and trying to solve out problems. 2-having a broken ac and still selling the room.

Lovely stay overall. The location is perfect for getting around on foot, and the team at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. Rooms aren't huge — pretty standard for Paris — but they're cozy and thoughtfully put together, plus the AC was a lifesaver after a long day of walking.

Good location surrounded by a lot of very good restaurants.

I was a bit cautious after reading all the reviews - but everything was just great after all. Breakfast was included and it was very decent (called “petite” in French and that explains the others’ complaints of not being much of a variety). There is a fresh juice making machine. Coffee, tea, citrus water and some fresh fruits available in the lobby throughout the day. Our room was on the bigger size (18 m2), with a spacious shower room, nothing to complain here, liked the stylish design. The location is also a huge plus, same street as Folies Bergere if you are visiting it for a show as we did, 30-min walk to the Louvre and its roundabouts, close to public transport stops. The contactless check-in and check-out option (via app) was also comfortable. The noise from the street can be bothersome as the windows are not soundproof. There was a funny smell as we arrived, I guess it were some cleaning chemicals or something like that - because the smell was not there the next morning already.

the room is very small, no wardrobe/closet is available

The location can't be beat. Right in the middle of 11th arrondisement and close to metro. The decor of the room was appealing and modern. The bed was quite comfy, and the sheets were clean. I liked that the hotel allowed me to check-in early. I didn't like that the hotel needed my picture in order to complete the online check-in. The room had a big stain on the carpet. The elevator smelled like an armpit The code to get into the hotel/room wasn't working and the staff couldn't figure out the problem till the end of the day. The showerhead holder was broken so every shower was taken in fear of the showerhead falling off and smacking you on the back of the head. The wifi speed was horrendous -- I had to use my phone's 5G.

Good price quality, walkable to underground stations and very safe area.

It met my expectation, the rooms are small though but I knew.

Location The smell from the 5th and 6th floor is terrible; it smells like sewage. The smell is in the lift, the hallway, and the rooms. The rooms on the 6th floor are tiny; not only are they small, but the ceiling is so low you can almost touch it with your head.

In next room someone was doing some construction and it was too noisy, i had a night flight and couldn’t sleep when arrived to the hotel after check in time, moreover next day at 9 am this noise started again. Bad smell in corridor and elevator

Clean, Quite and Friendly stuff rare parking spot

Nice room and location. Check in and access were easy and convenient. Explicitly put a do not disturb sign on our door so our room was not cleaned on our final day. That sign was ignored and we came to all of our stuff moved, exactly what we did not want to happen.

During checkout there wasn't a staff member available and an employee from another location was going back and forth. we had to wait to check out and check our bags into storage. luckily we weren't on a time crunch but this was kind of annoying.

Everything was very nice. The upgrade due to my birthday, the personel very helpful. We really liked : The location, the bed, the 4 windows, the room very comfy and big! Really great! Sad there was no fridge in the room but we managed) Until 00:00 it was a little noisy but acceptable. You are in the heart of Paris:) We didn’t have hot water one night but somehow made it till morning (and the receptionist offered to cross the street and make a shower in the other hotel they own, but it was too much hastle)
