Strategically located near subway lines, this hotel has a great value for money. The hotel is modern and has all the comforts of a 4 star hotel. The room was noisy. Especially in the early morning you could hear a lot of noise coming from the street.

the first day when I arrived no AC in my room. they used 2 hours to find me 2 portable AC, I understand its 40c outside, thank you for the team try so hard. I wish I can check in earlier, I request to check in early 2 weeks ago. my daugther was so tired she sleep at sofa and waited.

Location was the only good thing. We had no hot water for 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. Even when we were told it was "fixed" it wasn't really and we had to go down each time to have the staff (if they were there) restart the water only to get lukewarm result. Every time we flushed the toilet or someone in the nearby room flushed their toilet the shower drain would make a loud rumbling noise. Carpets in the rooms and hallways were all stained so it just felt dirty and not as described. I do not understand how this hotel has a 4 star rating. It resembled something more of a 2-3 star hotel. We really hated the lengthy key code we had to punch in every time we entered the building and the room. Also hated that the checkin process was online. I don't like to do that when I am traveling, we booked a hotel for the convenience of having someone check us in on arrival. Hours on when the staff was supposed to be there was also wrong. I would not recommend and I would not stay here again or anywhere else from this chain.

The rooms are very big for Paris. Welcoming and friendly staff. Room was super clean and has everything a traveller needs like ironimg board, shampoo, coffe machine etc. The location was excellent just a few minutes to Opera by feet.

Location was great The foot cover on the bed was stained and disgusting. The carpet was stained in several places. No toilet paper holder. The room was too hot. Elevator took over 10 minutes to show up!!

Location was great. Easy to walk to many restaurants and bars. Slightly noisy at night but that is to be expected and I did not mind at all.

Staff made me feel very welcome especially those at reception. Gave me an earlier check in at 1400 as l had flown through the night from America. l walked from Gar du Nord about 20 mins.

Our room wasn’t the nicest, for some reason booking always gives me the handicapped rooms

There’s no mention during the booking about the breakfast being in another building, 100mt away from the hotel and this is for us was a big surprise as we booked the breakfast in the hotel. Comfortable stay but didn’t feel to stay in a 4* hotel in general.
