The property is renovated, so the room was nice and comfortable. It was the best value for money option I have found. The location was rather far from the Centre, alright to reach by taxi

I’m confused about my stay at this hotel. The room and hotel in general were clean. The room was spacious compared to other Parisian hotels. The bathroom was big and clean with a high pressure warm shower. The location is not touristic but 15minutes walk till opera. The staff were nice, but they weren’t professional! The room was clean but each time something was missing… new capsules coffee… water bottles… I called them and they brought it after 1 hour ! The pictures on booking are a small area of lobby…

Not a 4 star hotel. It is an old 2 star Best Western. There are mice in the kitchen that all the employees are aware of. The mice live where all the food is kept for the breakfast. The breakfast itself is inedible, food is old, and who can eat after mice?

Room was lovely and very quiet. Shower was really good- large space to move round in and plenty of hot water. Everything was fine. The breakfast was a little on the expensive side but did have plenty of items to choose from.

Great quiet location. Rooms are extra large for Paris. Very large bathroom as well. Superb breakfast outside on the patio. Close to several metro stations. We had difficulty keeping the room cool enough during the heat wave. Everything else was great. I would stay again.

Very clean & well equipped room in a great location The air conditioning was on but did not work properly and there was a heatwave the days I was there (mid 30's). Despite temp on the unit saying 17c & having fan on highest level, the room was exceptionally hot & never cooled down, so it was difficult to sleep. Other guests said their rooms were hot too so it obviously doesn't work properly.
