Staff were friendly, breakfast being served was excellent, room was clean and location is great. No complaints

The building is not new, but everything was comfortable and clean. Noise from a neighborhood bar at night, and if you close a window, it get really warm in hot summer nights.

The room was nice and tidy, not very big, but enough for two people and for a few days. The building is old but you can tell it is well maintained. The staff was nice and spoke English very well. The building is old and probably not soundproofed, so noise carries but it was still pretty quiet despite that.

Petit hôtel familiale très bien tenu, d’une exceptionnelle propreté , les lits sont très confortables, le mobilier et les clés ont un charme vintage. La climatisation fonctionnait très bien alors que mon séjour était pendant la canicule. Le personnel est chaleureux et serviable, j ai apprécié de pouvoir laisser mon bagage bien qu’ayant fait le check out, il m a été proposé de pouvoir passer aux toilettes me rafraîchir avant de repartir. Le métro place Gambetta est à 5min. Rien

Very good staff in a family run hotel. Any requests were looked after Shower is a bit tricky but the room had a bath which is unusual nowadays

Great location in 20th arrondissement. Loads of lively restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by and right by the metro and lots of green spaces.

Good location, a few steps from metro line 3 and bus station. Kind staff. The hotel is old, but it is clean. Not too spacious but decent for hotels in Paris. WiFi it is ok. No air conditioning, and if you are going in summer when the temperatures are high, and if you are on high floors of hotel that can be a big problem. Uniform and modest breakfast, if would be nice if they changed something just a little bit.

Location excellent, 1 minute to bus stop, where you can get bus to almost every important places, 3 minutes walk to metro . Nice quite neighborhood. Lots of restaurants. I like the Korean restaurant nearby where i got soup, chicken dishes and rice. Hotel has lift, very neat and clean. Nice interior, comfortable bed, small but functional bathroom. Looks like Hotel is new or newly renovated. Nice staff. There was only one chair, small, shower cubicle was quite high from bathroom floor, chance of tripping. Breakfast was good but same every day. No fresh fruit.or eggs.Room was very small but that cn be ignored in respect of the location.

The people are nice and very helpful. No selection of breakfast and they will bring it in your room.

Room was calm and clean. We asked for a kettle and were given one without any hesitation. Room was warm as the evenings were still cold. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and we really like the area - with easy access via metro to rest of Paris. Good bars and facilities around the area. Noise from other rooms was a bit obvious - ie heavy footsteps above and loud talking next door but it didn't worry us.
