The location was excellent and very convenient. The hotel was also very clean, and we were happy with the housekeeping and cleanliness throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing despite the excellent location and cleanliness. We had originally booked a Junior Suite for two adults and our two children, aged 8 and 3. Upon arrival, the hotel insisted that we had to upgrade to a Prestige Suite because we were a family of four, so we were required to pay for the upgrade. After upgrading, we were given room 301, but unfortunately the air conditioning was not functioning properly. It would only work for around three hours and then stop. The room became extremely hot, especially during the night, and both we and our children were sweating while sleeping. This made our stay very uncomfortable. We contacted the hotel several times during our stay and repeatedly informed them about the AC problem. Each time, we were told that someone would come to fix it, but unfortunately, no one came and the issue was never resolved. It was particularly disappointing to be required to pay for an upgrade and then spend our stay in a room without properly functioning air conditioning, despite reporting the problem multiple times.

Location I would not recommend staying at Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe. First, there was flooding from the shower area near the toilet, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and of very poor quality. In the evenings, there were barely any waiters available — you constantly had to look for staff if you needed anything. I also clearly informed the hotel in advance that I was arriving with a baby, yet no baby crib was prepared in the room upon arrival. On top of that, the reception service was very slow and inefficient. Overall, the experience did not match the standards expected from a luxury hotel, and I am very disappointed.
