Clean, beautifully decorated Check in took far too long. The room was not ready at 4.30 when we arrived which is poor service considering the lady called me and asked arrival time. Room finally ready at 5.15 after pushing.

Room’s attention to detail. Some stuff (door men, bell boy, receptionist). Some of the stuff were strange with a behavior, almost rude (there was a waitrr lady in the lobby bar, who approached us, when we set, asking us, who we are, supposedly she was expecting someone.. nagging us, then gave us a wrong menu, which was not appropriate for the time of the day. Also stuff on the roof top, were pretty dismissive. Room was quite small, although supposedly it was a Superior King’s room. Worst of all, roof top bar was closed for us due to a private party. The rooftop was the reason i chose this hotel - wanted to have drinks with a view of the city.
